Does the olive still have the key in the hangtag, even though missing the lock? I wonder if it's a manufacturing error that they omitted the lock. I'm trying to find out from customer service, they're researching it now. I thought the 25 was intentional, but maybe not!

The key tag is empty... Also, the hook that would hold the lock is not there, and that should be attached to the leather. Just bizarre!

Thanks for response here too! As you know, I PM'ed you, hoping for the quickest response. Coach is still researching........I know the lock is a small detail, but I still think it's something that elevated the style.

You have inspired me- just bought two rogues 25-saddle and chalk . Coach has won me over with the 1941 collection- beautiful bags. Love your collection

No, sorry... I bought it a couple months ago. I just texted my SA and she said she will look into it tomorrow and see if maybe they are just backordered at the moment. I will let you know what she finds out.
