Hi,
I‘m quite new to Hermes And looking forward to my first purchase. I currently have a Louis Vuitton alma PM as every day bag. I also have the Chanel Classis flap and Coco Handle bags. So far I am leaning towards the Kelly 28. My main intention for Hermes is to use it for out going. i’m on the east coast US; and would like to talk to or make appointment to see the SA of Hermes store in Atlanta GA or Washington DC area. Please help or DM me if you can share your SA information. Thanks so much.

Hello lovely Kelly experts. Does anyone wear their K28 retourne cross body? Would really appreciate your views on this
On Christmas Eve I placed my first wish list - for a K28 retourne in Togo in a neutral colour. They had a K25 sellier in store for me to try but it seemed a bit small. I’d also just bought an epsom rigide Bolide 25 which might be similar in size. They didn’t have a K25 retourne to try so i went for the K28 retourne. But I have heard that the K25 is better for cross body but I would have to compromise on space, even with an K25 retourne I assume.

You can always buy different straps to mix and match length for crossbody if you need to.
32 is the perfect size for travel or office. The 35 is way too cumbersome (at least for me).
I think it looks fine crossbody with a longer strap. With the default strap, it may look a bit short and awkward.

Compare to the regular leather shoulder strap, I found the canvas strap is very comfortable to shoulder carry with because the wider strap seems distract some of the weight. As for the length the canvas strap length is shorter than the regular strap (regular strap around 85cm / canvas strap about 70cm) so it is perfect for my height (I am 160cm / 5.3').
When I am in office work dress, I just simply take off the shoulder strap and hand carry, then it becomes very elegant.
In conclusion I found the canvas strap easily turns Kelly (in whatever leather) to a casual and chic look and becomes a great bag for weekend or overseas holiday. I highly recommend it.

Hi I hope you are having a great start to the year. I'm here to share my latest Kelly. She's a mini Kelly 20, chèvre chamkila anemone, PBHW. The PBHW with anemone gives the hardware reflection a rose gold tint. So being a lover of RGHW, I am pleasantly surprised.
The chevre chamkila is very saturated and glistens. It appears darker in chevre than epsom. I also have a bag in Chevre chandra. Comparing the two, Chamkila looks very luxurious because of the sparkle and sheen. I highly recommend it! The chevre is stiff and feels firm, but not as firm as epsom. I'm glad to have the mini Kelly in Chevre leather because the epsom would be quite difficult to open as the bag is so tiny. I'll give more updates as I have more time to carry her out.

Your bag is absolutely gorgeous! I have a vert criquet epsom wallet and love the color so much, I am planning to SO a K28 just like yours but with PHW, but I'm anxious I've never gotten to see a vert criquet bag in person. May I ask, how are you finding the color to wear, is the bag easy or difficult to style? Thanks
