Hi, I'm new here! I have been a long time admirer of the Kelly and recently decided to take the plunge... I am deciding between two colors, Parchemin (light beige) and Indigo (darkish blue).

This will probably be my one and only Hermes, so I want to makes sure the color is versatile; day to night, works every season. I'm leaning towards blue, because I think it will be easier to pair with fall colors and works well enough with spring colors too. BUT I'm a little hesitant because I don't feel like blue is a "true" neutral. Can I get some opinions?? Thank you!!

Blue is so neutral especially the darker ones like encre. You cannot go wrong.

Welcome ! Are these the bags you're deciding between? Or different leather(s)? Either way, Indigo is definitely a neutral IMO, and I would agree, will complement more colors.

Hello,

I purchased this kelly 35 from the realreal this week. They advertised it as clemence leather but I’ve had clemence kelly before. It’s not as smooth and it’s more grainy. I feel like it’s togo. Can togo owners help me out?? Thank you!!
Lovely bag! Did you have it authenticated independently? I have a few pre-loved H bags including one that I thought was misidentified as Togo when it was actually Clemence, which @bababebi confirmed during authentication. Resellers, especially the huge ones like TRR, seem to make mistakes identifying leathers and colors somewhat frequently.
