If you particularly wish to shop for bags in Paris rather than the UK (from a price perspective that is not unreasonable and just think of the differential for the poor Americans!) the global 2 bags (B, K, C?) per semester rule won't make any difference to you. You have implied that if you bought two bags in Paris you would rather not buy more in the UK because they would cost more. So what is the problem? At one time if you were lucky, shopping on different continents could increase the number you might get per year - even at only two per year you must soon get to the limit of what you might require.
If you are already being offered bags in Paris you are over that hurdle.

Yes thank you! One must not be so greedy!
The Constance isn't part of the Quota. Only Birkin and Kelly. Constance and Kelly cuts/pochettes are part of the "other leather quota".

I think the “Global” system has arrived. I went to the H store in Italy (never bought there before) and they found my account.

That’s very interesting! Maybe it depends on country to country? I have shopped in Asia, America and Europe, and while in Spain they couldn’t even find my purchases from another European country. It was so weird...

Did you check that account is under your email and home address? Maybe it was someone whose name was the same with you?

I had the same experience with LV before about 9 years ago. That was my first time to shop in that boutique in London. The SA said she found my account in their system. I thought maybe it was because I bought a bag in Manchester years ago. In the end, it turned out to be that someone had the same name with mine.

Nowadays, their systems are connected though. Last year I bought a LV bag for my auntie in Le Bon Marche. They could see my purchase history in London.

Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum. Does anyone have an update on this global system? I use to live in Europe and had a wonderful SA there but I recently moved to North America. Every time I go back to Europe, I do contact my SA but for several months, she hasn't really been responding to me. The last time I went, I did reach out to her but didn't hear anything. When I stopped by the boutique, they said she was on break. While I have been living in North America, I have reached out to my local boutique here and met a wonderful SA. I first started going to him because I wanted to gift some things for birthdays and I knew I was not going to be traveling to Europe and it couldn't wait. I never bought anything "big" from him as I felt like I was "cheating" on my longtime SA in Europe. Now I am thinking is my Europe SA upset with me because of this global system? Or am I being paranoid? Sorry for the long story.

yes, you are being paranoid.
Paranoid is too strong a word, but the underlying feeling is still the same.
However you are not the only person reading this forum that might have similar thoughts.
Do you really think that your SA in Europe has nothing better to do than check up on your purchase history?
Remember that you are a customer; it is nice to deal regularly with the same staff; but you are not in the kind if 'relationship' where the emotion of betrayal is relevant. You have moved; any SA can move or not be at work.
You have to feel free to buy what you want, from where you want and from whom you want without any ridiculous feeling of obligation.

Thank you for your reply. I needed to hear that. I just didn’t want to upset anyone has that’s never my intention. Thank you for being that logical voice and bringing me back to reality. X

Hi, I’m not sure this is the correct thread to post this but wanted to share this experience.
I was offered a limited edition Kelly from another H store in a different state. I passed on it but not till I reached out to my SA, who I had a great relationship with. A really wonderful person. She said it was nice and buy if I feel like it. Then at the end of the year I was waiting to be offered a b or k. The SA contacted me and said there was a delay in delivery and was sorry there wasn’t a k or b for me. I left wondering if I messed up by sharing to much. But I was offered a quota bag after the new year. I hope I didn’t mess up my relationship.
