Yes they can, depending on how much the previous owner wore them and how they fit. Those also may not have been stored with boot trees, which might account for the slouching. I think most boots that are worn a lot will wrinkle and slouch like that just from bending the ankles when you walk.

Congrats, did you get the Jumping, flower71?

I love these Nancy boots in cafe. They (zips) fit me much better than the Jumping due to my over generous calves and the chevre leather is soft and comfy.

I am going to receive the Jumping boots tomorrow. My hub got them in Paris. I am super anxious to see if they will fit me....I tried on Japanese cut in my local store. The shaft was spacious and came too short, so I am assuming I might be ok in Euro cut.....will it be hopeful thinking? I shall find out tomorrow.....

I got my Jumping boots. Despite all the anxiety and worry of my husband bringing back the boots I have never tried on ( I tried the size in a local store in Japanese cut and my husband bringing back in Euro cut ) I fit perfect!!! I was totally right the size and shaft. I am so so so happy. In fact I have more space in the shaft I could already tuck my pants in. Whoppee!!!

It is a great compliment coming from you since you are the queen of jumping boots (i know you have one in every colour) along with an amazing H collection!! i searched for the rouge H for more than a year, all over the world (US, Europe, Asia), before finding my size in Nice, France. was sooo happy :D
