Was so upset tried the Jumping boots but dont fit cannot get past my top calves, maybe lipo ,they are so lovely would love to have a pair but i think never everyone must be so slim to own these maybe if i lose more weight , also heard that they are coming out in new colour Etain that would be a great colour for boots

Ladyjane, neither of my Jumping boots would go over my calves when I first bought them (didn't get to try them on, bought over the phone). I had to get both of them stretched, and even then, it took several wearings before I could get them on without a struggle. Losing weight does help...I lost 5 lbs once when I had a stomach bug, and the boots slid right on :D I wouldn't recommend going that route, though; a good cobbler is better.

Thank you, actualy i have lost a lot of weight thats why i was hopeing the boots would fit just my stupid top calves, would be worried what if i bought boots and they still did not fit after being stretched any one else bought them and had them stretched to fit and did it work?

Ladyjane - I always wanted jumping boots, and I jog everyday, don't think my calves are heavy at all - in fact, I think they are pretty average, and I cannot get into them! I ended up getting the Landboots and I love them to bits! They are really comfortable and so much easier to get on and off. And I think they come in a grey version too.:graucho:

lanit i walk around 2 hours every day so maybe we are all average and the boots are really narrow, have not looked at the land boots are they ok to wear with a dress or skirt, looked at the pics of new boots coming in this winter but nothing really jumped out at me

I like your pun ladyjane:D The Land boots are a not as dressy as the Kelly boots of course, but I do wear them with knit dresses and skirts - especially in fall/winter. But my dresses are very minimal lines and skirts are bias or a-line. I like to wear them mostly with my jeans and leggings tucked in, and one needs to go into the store for proper fit. You will know then whether they work for you or not. I found the fit true to size for me. And the best o f all feature is the double zipper that opens/closes both ways! HTH.

Those rouge boots are to.die.for chincac! LOVE them combined with your gorgeous blue bag! Congrats!

Does anyone have the ankle boots called Direct on the H usa website just now, if so how do you like them since its really not much more for the land boots wonder if i should wait and see what boots might appear this winter
