Here's my Rolex. I bought it vintage. I think about replace the 'plate' from yellow to black. What do you think. As I already have a Cartier Tank Francaise with a white 'plate', I didn't want to choose for white. So I choose for sunny yellow, but I do have some doubts. Would love to hear your opinions!!

It's indeed part of it's history. I have all the papers regarding this watch. That's why I deliberate carefully whether I should indeed change the face. Thank you Chessmont!

I have the exact same one with a silver face. From your picture it looks silver but you say its yellow. I think if black is what you have your heart set on get it. Black will be more versatile than yellow. Although with vintage pieces it is best to keep it the way it is, because it is history and probably have a story behind it. Either way you decide, it is a gorgeous watch! I LOVE mine! Enjoy in good health.
