What a gorgeous fur! Restricter is right. Open an ebay case and if you need help ask BeenBurned in the ebay forum. She is massively great!
Restricter is also correct that you should check out the inside of the fur, all the seams and stress points very carefully to see if other repairs are needed and gauge the condition of the pelts.
I have no idea how much fur repairs cost, but I repair and alter furs for the little old ladies in my family

and repairing tears and busted seams in a fur is incredibly easy. Pelts don't have give like fabric does, and you don't have to finish the seams, so sewing them is quick and easy. I wouldn't pay more than $50 tops for a repair of the tear in the photo, and only that much if they add some sort of hand-stitched reinforcement to the area. And yeah it can be easily repaired. If the area can be easily accessed with a sewing machine (i.e., you don't have to rip out lining to get to the underside) you're looking at a ten-minute repair.
I suspect cleaning would be a much bigger expense. When I've taken in leather jackets the cleaning estimates have always been crazy high. Can't imagine what a fur would be. I think some furriers will remove the coat's lining and clean that separately which would add a lot to the cost.
Please keep us informed about what happens and what you decide. That coat is heavenly!
