Thank you
Hopefully it's at least fixable, my fear is the worst.

Are you feeling better with your illness?

Yes it's gorgeous, thick like fat cotton balls. Pray for me!
I hope it is too, dare I say that this one is my favorite!!! I’m a bit hoarse today and running a light fever, but at least I feel much better today! Thank you for asking ;)

I saw all her feedback before I made the purchase and nothing was bad for fur coats, it was all other junk. I even asked a question prior and they said there was nothing wrong with the coat. They either didn't see it (it was well hidden in the fur) or they are lying.
I found the furrier it came from Millard's furs in California. And the furrier is not the ebay seller, she has this other lady sell her furs on ebay for her. So it went through too many hands I guess.
They want me to send the coat back to Millard's so they can fix it, I said no, I'm not sending the coat back to the scene of the crime! lol
If it's fixable I will be happy, if it's a worthless piece of crap then I will cry...while I'm doing a charge back, I really do love it

I hope it's repairable because it is beautiful!! It doesn't look like it has any yellowing which is common for white fur to do over time. It is snow white! I would at the very least have the seller cover the costs to clean & repair any damage that can be found. Hopefully, there is only the one tear. I know if it can be repaired, it will be a huge relief!! :console:

Oh good, I'm glad your feeling somewhat better :)
I can't wait until Monday, the suspense on this coat is killing me!

No yellowing at all, just some dirty gray spots at the bottom and inside the sleeves, which hopefully that can come out with a cleaning, if not I can live with it...but that hole! :crybaby:
The seller is a nut, she will only agree to me sending it to her furrier for repair, that statement alone would make me lose any chance of a partial refund if I do a claim.
Total refund I can get if the coat is unrepairable though.

WOWZA!! Red fox looks fantastic on you!!! I love the length & the color is so rich & deep. That's definitely an attention getter!!!

Thank you :)

Man, she has done a 180 & is being difficult to work with!! :whut: Where did the coat come from? Is she going to pay the shipping to send it to HER furrier & pay to have it cleaned as well?? I don't see why you can't get it repaired & cleaned by your furrier & send her an invoice for reimbursement. A reputable furrier will give you 2 invoices showing the cost of cleaning & repair....one for your records & one to send to the seller. I truly hope you get good news on Monday. I know having to wait is aggravating.

No, actually you can win a partial refund. I’ve won a similar case for partial refund and eBay helped mediate an amount we both agreed on because the item wasn’t as described. In your case, the hole definitely wasn’t as described. The full price you paid was for a coat without holes, as a result, eBay would make them either refund some or cover cost to fix. All you need are pictures to document damage upon receiving, and quote to repair and clean. If I were you I’d open the case immediately (you can upload pictures and repair documents later) then I would leave feedback reflecting the lies and craziness after the case is resolved.

She's extremely difficult and loony. She says she won't give back more than 100 because I refuse to send it back for a free fix job. So all they will cover is 100 dollars towards my own furrier repair.
I agreed to the 100, so it's in writing and I won't be able to claim anymore than that :(

If the coat can be fixed and cleaned to make it look almost new then i'm willing to put in a decent amount of money to get it there. It's so dreamy...damaged, but dreamy. Heck i'll put duct tape on it if I have to LOL

This seller sounds untrustworthy. :cray: First she said she would give you $200 partial refund, then she wanted you to send it to her furrier for a "free fix". Unless she's paying postage to send the coat to her furrier, it's not a "free fix". Now she's saying she will only give you $100 refund because you don't want to do what SHE wants!!!! What a PITA!!!! :cursing: At this point, I would send the coat back & have my furrier either order me a white coat or have them design me one.

Yes she tricked me, she started to break down on how she has no money and she's afraid i will do a full chargeback and her hubby is dying....you know how the song goes. So just to get it done with I agreed to the 100 measly bucks :frown:
She did says she would pay shipping there and back though but I don't trust her. She would probably say the coat got lost, who knows.
If it's not fixable she said she would take it back for a full refund, or take it back now regardless. The hassle of getting a coat made for me seems more work than getting this one fixed, and for a whole lot more.
I want a replica of this one :(

I'm watching a couple of fox stroller coats right now. According to the measurements, they should fit. The seller is in Italy. They do take returns & give full refunds but I'm worried about the cost of shipping back to Italy in case the fit isn't right. One is a golden fox & the other is silver fox. Both are beautiful but I can only buy one right now. Decisions, decisions. And of course today, we have Spring weather at 68 degrees.

These look massive to me, particularly the first one. The model is likely thin but the coat makes her look ginormous. I do like the length...perfect for daily wear and I particularly like the color of first. Although both colors nice.

I second this. She sounds an idiot.

I actually cannot work out which one I prefer. Both are lovely with very thick pelts, which make them look so lush.
