That is really upsetting. I received mine and fortunately no scratches. But it is suede so I know to anticipate some in the future. Considering the bag is sold out everywhere, even department stores, you probably have to decide if those imperfections are worth loosing out on the bag all together. I can give my opinion, but then again I got a flawless bag so I am really not in the best position to say what to do.

You could try brushing against the nap with a suede brush and see if it goes away but that looks irreparable to me.

Are you going to send it straight back or wait and see if they restock so you can exchange?
I emailed to customer service asking if they have more in stock. Also, I attached pictures so they can see what they sent me.

I know that it will have scratches in the future but I can't accept the fact that I paid almost $600 for it and it came damaged. Did you have a chance to carry yours? The color is so rich

Does JAX offer any sort of compensation or extra % off for damaged bags sent out like this? I know FOS doesn't. When I received a nasty used bag they just sent me a shipping label and that was it. No apologies. Nada.
 
No, they are only on the back. The front is flawless. The color is amazing
It looks perfect from the front. Well, I did receive a saddle bag 35 in bordeaux during PCE that had scratches. My first thought was to return it, but then I thought about it again. I love the purse, they're completely sold out in all colors so I can't get a replacement, and I don't believe the bag was used as it was wrapped very well and looks new. I just looked at it again today and don't even notice them. But you said those are cuts, not scratches?
 
Glazing issues and one of the dog clips doesn't work. I think I received the worst suede rogue
Oh no...I'm sorry to hear that. I hope they have a replacement for you. I had the same issue with three of the dog clips on the oxblood Rogue that I'm returning. I thought I'd fixed two of them, but I tried them again today and they don't work.
