In regard to the leather care of the Rogue bag, I used Cadillac brand on my mineral Rogue and the results were excellent. I purchase it at Nordstrom. I have also used it on Mulberry, Prada, Fendi and several other brands. It has worked beautifully on all.

I agree. At the price, even with the PCE discount, I have to be wowed to keep two of the same bag, and it has to be something I know I will use. What good is a savings if I carry the bag once or twice? The oxblood one is boxed up and ready to go to UPS.

Yeah, I thought I was taking it to UPS today, but I'm still trying to decide if I need to send one of my other PCE purchases back with it. I purchased two chalk bags, and I thought I was returning the Outlaw 36 because when I put my things in to try to see how they'd fit, it was heavy. It actually felt heavier than the Rogue, and my stuff was crammed in there. However, after rearranging some things and I do like the purse and may keep it and just not carry as much.

My SA was using moisturizer in the new bottle on a glove-tanned display wristlet. I questioned the new bottle. She said its the same product, just new packaging. Also, a smaller size bottle has been made for travel. (I commented that I doubt I'd be conditioning my bags when on vacation [emoji39])! I think Coach needs to clarify on the website and all of the SA's.

I received my suede borough and very upset. It's a very beautiful bag but it has very deep scratches in the suede. Would you guys keep it if you received a bag with the same scratches?

Oh nooooo! ☹️[emoji35] How disappointing! I totally would send back!!!! I don't know anything about suede bags so I don't know if you can smooth them out.

Eeek! That looks terrible!

You could try brushing against the nap with a suede brush and see if it goes away but that looks irreparable to me.

Are you going to send it straight back or wait and see if they restock so you can exchange?
