I received my suede borough and very upset. It's a very beautiful bag but it has very deep scratches in the suede. Would you guys keep it if you received a bag with the same scratches?

I'm sorry. I also received two damaged rogues so I know how you feel. It seems Coach increased the quality of their bags but not the quality control. I would hold on to it until the stock is replenished, then exchange.....:smile1:

I know that it will have scratches in the future but I can't accept the fact that I paid almost $600 for it and it came damaged. Did you have a chance to carry yours? The color is so rich

I completely understand. Now that I'm looking at the pictures on my computer I can more clearly see how the leather is abraised/cut. That would really bother me too. Did customer service have any additional stock? I have yet to wear mine yet - I'm on my second application of suede treatment and it needs to dry overnight again before I feel comfortable wearing it.

Oh I am so sorry you received a damaged Rogue. I just don't understand why there are so many issues with the quality on Coach's handbags. They definitely need better quality control - checking when they are going to ship. I hope they are able to replace it for you!

I had one on order and then cancelled the order before it shipped. This really disappoints me....the quality issues you had on yours.

I don't know, I haven't decided it yet. the suede is not going to be replenished. The cuts/scratches are so deep. I'm wondering if it was damaged during shipping or before

Again...I am so sorry! It is really not acceptable. And I don't personally think 10% off a $600 damaged handbag is enough. I appreciate that Coach is attempting to limit some of its products now - but if they are going to do that they have got to up their quality control.

Do you work with an SA at a particular store? Wonder if they can keep their eyes open for a replacement. Of course, there is a chance one will be returned that is not damaged.

No! I would return this bag! Those are definitely cuts in the suede, and has nothing to do with the nap of the bag. I've owned many suede items
and can tell the difference. Don't settle when you've spent so much money on a bag!

Thanks for your advice! I really like this bag, if it was flawless I would say this is my favorite rogue! Whoever packaged it needs to be fired!!!
