They told you that there are no more in stock and offered you a 10% discount. What about repair? This is on their website:
Coach products are handcrafted from the finest materials to ensure satisfaction and service. We offer a one year warranty on our handbags, briefcases and small leather goods. For any manufacturing defects within this warranty time frame, repairs are on us. Beyond the warranty period, we offer repair services at set fees. We invite you to bring your item into one of our Coach Retail stores (click here for locations) for a repair assessment.

It is a brand new bag so they would rather give a refund and move on.

In reality, they really don't repair very much any more.

I agreed on the 10% discount they had offered previously. I really like this bag and the front looks flawless. I know it's still a lot of money for a bag with defects but I'm sure I won't be able to find another one unless one will pop up on eBay for a crazy amount of money that I won't be willing to pay. I like it more than any other rogues including a bear rogue. I'm even thinking to return my bear rogue and chalk

If you are happy with it that is all that matters.:smile1:

Try brushing the nap, maybe you can fluff it up and give it a mini combover.:p

I received mine today. It also has similar scratches on the back. I had a hard time photographing them very well, but you can see if you look closely. Also had some sloppy glazing, but I'm not too worried about any of this. The bag is gorgeous and I'm definitely keeping it. I will try the Apple Garde on it later and let you know how it works. So happy to hear the Frye worked well, too! YAY!!!

I just used the Apple Garde on it. It worked great. It dries so fast! I applied about 3 coats and NO change whatsoever in color or texture. Works fine on all areas, handles, bottom, interior pockets as well as the suede.

I need to order it for my rogue. Your bag looks gorgeous!!! Are you going to carry it a year around or only during spring and summer?

I was holding off on giving my opinion, but I am glad you decided to keep it. :smile1: I think you would have regretted returning it. The imperfections are not good, but imo not enough to forgo loosing a bag they won't make again and that you actually love. In fact, with a soft brush/suede conditioner I think a lot of them can be smoothed/evened out.

Great! Thanks for letting us know your results. I will have my Apple Garde on Sunday. Can't wait to use it and carry the Rogue!

Thanks! Well, I currently live in southern ID and it's very dry here, so I'll likely wear it year round; I think I love it that much! But I'm possibly moving to the pacific NW next year... so we'll see. Might be too wet to wear it much at all.

Glad I could help! I've been using AG on all sorts of things and it always works like a charm! I got the Frye at first because it's made specifically for suede while the AG just says on the label as an after thought that it's safe for suede products. But I really love how fast it dries. Seemed better to me not to leave it wet for as long as it takes for the Frye to dry. But I guess now that the reviews are in, either will be just fine. Have fun with your new Rogue, Anne! It's beautiful!

I was trying to look for your post to recall your username, Lol. Thanks for the tip about the Frye! Worked beautifully.

All these suede rogues are beautiful [emoji1] I bought the oxblood, but seeing these makes me wish I would have given suede a try. Has anyone with the pebbled leather rogues put any of the suede protectant on the inside walls of the side compartments? I'm wondering if I should do that before I start carrying mine. Thanks.
