i recently bought a money wallet @ bal boutique in LA, and it didn't come w/ a dust bag but just a box and tissue paper when i asked the associate, her reply was that for 2 seasons now she also noticed that balenciaga doesn't send them dust bag anymore. how true or the associate is lying?

Whoa .. so it is true! I recently bought a '12 Coquelicot mGSH Coin Purse as a gift for someone, and same thing .. box, tissue paper, cards .. but no dust bag. I said to the S/A - "ah, you forgot the dust bag" and she said "no - Balenciaga isn't providing them anymore"!!! WTF is up with that?!?!
No dust bags for small accessories? What are they going to do next? No tassels for rh city? Seriously I already started to regret buying the new mini giant city this year after I found out the thinner handle & leather. If Bal is going to increase their price next season, I might just say bye bye to Bal bags forever.
I know .. pretty pathetic, right?!?! Seriously .. I think Balenciaga should stick to what MADE money .. their accessories/handbags/shoes .. IMO their clothing is weird (in most cases - with the exception of the Moto Jacket of course!).
I went to Holts today to see the 12ss colors and leather. TBH I didn't think the leather was that outrageously thin. It's not thick by all means. Even 11 leather was a lot better IMO. My coquelicot and militaire have deliciously smooshy chewy leather, but none of the new bags was anywhere near. However, I did think the leather was OK, but nothing more. The colours look really flat though. The handles indeed are quite thin, even on the mGH bags. I had my hopes high for rose blush, but after seeing more pics of it (none IRL yet), I think none of the 12ss colours is for me. 12fw does not sound too exciting either, but I'll have my fingers crossed for cumin. Hopefully Bal will do something right this time.
Bal used to sell really fast but today there were tons of new bags sitting on the counter and plainly no one seemed to care about them... I wonder if Bal is aware of this decline in interest. If it doesn't do something right soon, it will start to loose a lot of business I bet. At this price range, there are lots of other great options out there with great leather, craftsmanship, quality control, and design.

With the economy the way it is all over the world you would think Bal would LOWER its prices. Shesh - no dust bags for accessories - how cheap can they get? Next thing you know they will eliminate the bag handles - LOL
I bought a Money Wallet at the Balenciaga boutique in NY in the beginning of January and I received a dust bag with it 
I just got a Pencil in dark violet from Bal Las Vegas and it came with the box and dustbag...same with the DV Money wallet - -???
i completely agree *C ...they are cutting costs every season, i am tired of this situation
...that's why i moved into CELINE , the only colour i will buy is dark night for this season . I love gris poivre but it is too close to papyrus and and i prefer keeping my old bags 
I'm getting a bit confused! I thought there was 2 different GH, but when I went to see the new bags at NM yesterday, there was 3? they had the normal GH in rose gold, then they had a medium size in silver on the works and then a smaller size on the cities and town. So can someone tell me what the medium and small sizes are being called? The SA had no idea. I also didn't notice the handles being smaller, is that just on the new ones coming out? I did see a couple of the new colors in a blue and sort of peach that looked really shiny and plasticy. very odd looking leather. but the GP and a couple of the darker blues were quite nice. I'm confused on the names for different blues that are out right now. It's getting so hard to keep up with all the new stuff. I did like the med. GH on the work, it made it feel lighter, but the handles aren't as long as the GH works now. any clarifications would help, thanks!

BTW Has anyone noticed of lining of MU? I was going to buy 2012 SS MU at HN last month, I checked the inside the MU before purchasing then I could not believe that the lining is made by some plastic which really seems cheap. I can understand their intention of changing the material as the cotton lining gets dirty quickly for MU but they could have at least used the same material as toillet case (not produced any more) . The prastic lining really put me off .
