My purchase from fashionphile just arrived but the box was very damaged during transit. The Epi Neonoe bb was also dented. I pushed it out but can still see the crease. Will this go away naturally or is it permanent? Should I return?
Boo! I was afraid if that. So it won’t get better?Looks bad, I'd return it.
Thank you! I took your advise and they had me send photos while I was on the phone. They’ll get back with me on options & may offer to credit some $$ back to me. But if it’s permanently damaged, that may not be a good option.Contact fashionphile right away and tell them about and that you will be returning.
Épi is very durable, can withstand snow, rain, scratches. But the only thing that can defeat its beauty is heavy bending. The classic Épi Speedy was practically discontinued because of it. Opening them wide caused deep creases on the front panels. Same with all Épi bags that are 'soft' designs.Boo! I was afraid if that. So it won’t get better?
Thank you for replying.
Thank you. It looks a little better but it’s still there...Épi is very durable, can withstand snow, rain, scratches. But the only thing that can defeat its beauty is heavy bending. This strong dent is unlikely to go back to 100% again. I'd ask for a refund.
Perhaps the grooves on the Epi disguise it a bit? I do agree with previous posters, I would return. I have a Preloved vintage Epi Noé which had clearly been stored a bit squashed during its time. I have stuffed it when stored and continually shaped the area when I use it to try and retrain the leather somewhat. The original crease hasn’t disappeared.Interesting that it is worse on the bottom.
Thank you again! Soooo, What are your toughts on this Epi Neonoe bb...??I'd return, no discount. Marks will happen eventually, but those will tell your story. This is just a FedEx story all over the leather.
