My purchase from fashionphile just arrived but the box was very damaged during transit. The Epi Neonoe bb was also dented. I pushed it out but can still see the crease. Will this go away naturally or is it permanent? Should I return?60806B2B-CA37-4398-93C2-4996D243DC79.jpegF88FFDF7-61A7-4916-AF73-4995C05BFDCB.jpegD17FBA9A-213F-4D6D-95C7-7C4B949CE61A.jpeg

My last two deliveries from FP were packed in what looked like damage/reused boxes. I have no problem with recycling, but the last box was so bad, the shipping carrier argued to reship my item. I made sure to reinforce with tape as the structure was floppy.

FP should invest in strong box, like the ones Amazon ships in. Those boxes can be used many time.

Boo! I was afraid if that. So it won’t get better?
Thank you for replying.
Épi is very durable, can withstand snow, rain, scratches. But the only thing that can defeat its beauty is heavy bending. The classic Épi Speedy was practically discontinued because of it. Opening them wide caused deep creases on the front panels. Same with all Épi bags that are 'soft' designs.
This strong dent is unlikely to go back to 100% again. I'd ask for a refund.

Thank you. It looks a little better but it’s still there...3490379D-BE11-4F0C-A309-3A422EC31F74.jpeg91B6A5D2-8034-4A2D-BC61-795F64514EBA.jpeg

Interesting that it is worse on the bottom.
Perhaps the grooves on the Epi disguise it a bit? I do agree with previous posters, I would return. I have a Preloved vintage Epi Noé which had clearly been stored a bit squashed during its time. I have stuffed it when stored and continually shaped the area when I use it to try and retrain the leather somewhat. The original crease hasn’t disappeared.

I'd return, no discount. Marks will happen eventually, but those will tell your story. This is just a FedEx story all over the leather.
Thank you again! Soooo, What are your toughts on this Epi Neonoe bb...??
thinking of exchanging my damaged indigo one for this. It’s prettt but there’s a lot of colors going on here! Haven’t seen in person - Like or pass?:confused1:0D125D7B-82A7-4840-BE13-743063CCC835.jpeg00A7E1F6-108D-4444-8C8C-BC117898B136.jpeg
