I may have one to add to the list soon,what makes it all the worse it's a tpf member.Something told me to run the e-BAY ID thru toolhaus.org found a few negs.a couple I saw would have caused me to cancel that bid & block them in a NY minute if I'd known before hand.

A NPB is a waste of good air in my book.It's becoming more evident day by day that you can't rely on a buyer or sellers feedback rating.

EBAY ID: clarins5 aka Tu Van Tran is the worst scamming EBay buyer of all time. I was warned by several other sellers prior to shipping, but thought if I took detailed photos of everything before I ship, I wouldn't have a problem. She washed and wore the clothing I sold and then after ONE MONTH, reports there are holes and they are shrunk! I asked her to send specific photos of these "flaws", but she left false negative feedback instead. EBay will not remove the neg feedback due to the Federal law of freedom of speech-even when it's a complete lie. I was only able to "reply" to the feedback.
Goggle johnny_bombshell, the first EBay seller that alerted me to her fraud. JB sold her a dress, and when clarins5 wanted to return for a refund, she sent JB a nasty old sweater and took not only the refunded money but kept the dress! clarins5 buys JCrew and Ann Taylor XS lots, so if you sell these items, please put her on your Blocked buyer list. clarins5 had private feedback, and she left me PUBLIC false negative feedback. It's been a total nightmare and completely unfair. I want to warn as many honest sellers as I can.

wrote me an email 2 minutes after I started the unpaid item dispute saying she has no money and shouldnt have bid. She did offer to send me my fees that she cost me but I said its ok dont worry about it. I think she may just have made a mistake. Your discretion on blocking her, but I did. I had 25 bids on that wristlet! Now have to relist.. just not fair.

Won, then vanished, never responded to my multiple emails.. nothing... You know, 100 percent feedback means nothing when us sellers cant leave anything but positive.. ebay needs to re-think that change they did. Its absolutely rediculous. sorry vent.

After she received item she would "try" to find flaws and make you give her discount even the item was brand spanking new. She just want $ and never want to send back the item even I offered refund. According to her feedback, looks like she did that a lot of times and now she set her feedback private so other sellers can't see who they are dealing with.
Definitely BLOCK THIS PERSON from you listing!!!
