^^ After 4 days you can file a dispute for non-payment. After another 4 days if the buyer hasn't responded (or paid) you can close the case which then leaves a strike. By following this process you also get your final value fees back.


Oohh, is it only 4 days? I thought it was 7. Anyone know for sure??
 
I MIGHT have one too. Some jerk said that she didn't understand "Best Offers" but still managed to send 2 offers. I accepted one and lo and behold, she doesn't "understand" it. Such a-holes, these non-paying bidders! UGH!

So by the 8th, if I don't hear anything I'm filing a claim so fast!

Her bidding history also looks like she was going on a bidding spree of a bunch of other designer stuff... eh oh well

Got an instant payment and an "sooo sorry" email from jteyedoc in the 11th hour....so they did pay, to be fair.

BUT I have another......yiwen101 who bid and won on FOUR of my items.....no pay, communication, nothing......

If you have been following my threads. this is my first sale and buyer wouldn't pay. Argonsit told me to do the second chance offer and I did and the offer was accepted. Then I tried giving her a NPB, but technically she has 8 days to resolve the case 4 days of nonpayment and then she gets notified she's NPB and she has 4 days to pay. But, since she can't pay for the item during the last 4 days as I don't have it anymore, I can't give her a NPB.
 
I have one on Bonanzle: She paid, lied and said something that she used the wrong credit card, I was nice enough to refund and then she never paid again. She left retaliatory feedback to boot and said some pretty offensive things! Arrggghhh...

Let Mark ([email protected]) know that a non-payer left negative feedback.

I've had quite a few non-payers and was concerned and reluctant to leave negs for them because I worried about retaliation. Mark assured me that any negative feedback left for an unpaid item would be removed.

Also, his advice for sellers is to leave a factual non-payment negative feedback for non-payers. As long as your feedback isn't nasty or hateful, they will allow it.

Thanks, hon. I did let him know. My initial fb was factual until she got nasty. I followed-up and called her a "liar", the removed all of it. They could have just removed the follow-up or reply, but they removed it all which is a shame since other sellers should be aware. I am going through this whole drama with Bonanzle right now because of some pretty insulting messages she has left me.
