^^ Yes, it is worth leaving a strike. They don't show up in feedback but if they have enough (I believe it's 2 within a period of time) they would be blocked from bidding on other listings which have this block. With sellers only being allowed to leave positive feedback, it's even more important to be diligent about non-payers since we cannot use feedback to warn others.

accepts my counter offer. asks me later if i accept returns in case her "mom" doesn't like the bag, i say no (stated in auction). transaction is mutually cancelled. i didn't want to deal with the potential headache.
