Although it's not fair, it's what they do.

On certain auction-style listings, if you relist the item (after the NPB) and it sells the second time, then you'll get the insertion fee back. But none of the extra fees you may have paid will be credited, i.e., extra pictures, listing designer, sub-title, etc.

Unfortunately, ebay still makes money from sellers on problems over which sellers have no control.

She is a mean liar! I sold her a perfect condition Balenciaga, actually new condition, and she got a stain on it and broke the tassels, and filed a SNAD and has now filed a charge back with her credit card! Why does she have great feedback on ebay?! Makes no sense!

Buyer had a sob story that she was having a family emergency and would not be buying the bag. You don't bid on something unless you have the money to pay for it. I filed a Non-paying bidder and won. Seller now has a strike against her account.

She won a pair of Louboutins from me, tells me that she needs to pay me three days after the auction ends when she gets paid. She later tells me that she can't pay for the shoes because she doesn't have the money because she is dealing with a non-paying bidder.

I am sitting here with 2 disputes for non communication and non payment happening...really frustrating, particularly when it is someone who comes in only the one time in the last minute and gets the item and then you never hear from them again gggrrrrrr

doesn't respond to messages. three days into unpaid item case now, still no where to be found.

OK... She paid at the last minute, when I couldn't wait to close the case and relist my bag! :( Still no communications whatsoever. Anyway, sellers beware!

^^^^^How I can relate. the same thing has happened to me, so now I have to wait before reporting to ebay and then wait again. Ebay is not a game, if folks want to gamble go to Vegas. :mad:

OMG! She filed a SNAD for a bag she bought from me! Ebay just found in my favor :nuts: This person is a terrible liar...block her!
