This gem did a buy it now on an expensive bag, never paid, never responded to multiple emails, invoices, and unpaid item claim. I closed out the case after the 4 days and relisted, then this person filed an item not received claim and wanted a refund!!!! Needless to say, eBay closed the case in my favor, but what a hassle this was

We have a return policy, yet this buyer returns bag as "not as decried" stating that there is no hang tag, and that the color is faded on one side. Get the bag back,
and the hang tag is where we told them (interior), and the there is no fading anywhere. They even shipped it back on their own dime. Ugh....

"Unfortunately, my PayPal account has been compromised, unable to make any purchases at this time. A second chance offer to the next bidder will surely make their day. A POSITIVE FEEDBACK will be submitted for Your inconvenience. "
Aaaand bid on yet ANOTHER tiffany necklace within an hour of sending this pathetic excuse to me. Plus some definite negative feedback implication there. She apparently also likes to wear her Tiffany with PINK. Very classy all around obvs.

Especially if you sell Coach, you'll want to block this one. She scammed a new seller by accusing her of selling a fake, getting a refund but not returning the bag to the seller. Instead, she listed the bag herself but ended the listing when called on it.

Won auction, and asked for extended time to pay. Wanted to purchase another higher end bag too (we gave a deal), but needed more time. Finally got paid, and shipped. Buyer emails us same day as we shipped wanting to know why the tracking number showed no movement. They get bags, and decided higher end one is smaller than it looked in picture (surprise, surprise). Buyer opens not as described case making sure we know that they need money back pronto. This kook sent us 43 e-mails about not being able to pay because of bank error, needing more time to pay, worried that we would sell bags to somebody else, worried that the tracking number didn't show movement, wanting advise on how to sell, etc., wanting to return, and needing money back as soon as we receive the bag back. Crazy! Too bad we had to burst her bubble telling her we have 6 days to refund once we received the return. She paid by card so that may take more time too.

Told her to get it authenticated by an eBay/paypal accepted authenticator and then if it is deemed fake I will refund with her costs or if she just regrets to it then send it in original condition by trackable post and insured post. I've told her I'm not going to be accused of selling a fake unless she can prove this.
She says she just 'knows' it's fake that it feels different to her other items blah blah blah. But won't ask authenticators. Then she tells me she is ill and can I please not argue?!?! As if!!!
Anyway, agreed to post back.
. Hopefully I'll get my jacket in one piece. What a PITA.

Dishonest seller alert!!
Accepted my offer Jan 13th. I paid Jan 14th but n the meantime seller relisted and sold item. Seller doesn't respond to my request for a refund. Left negative FB Jan 22nd. Seller contacts me same day saying the purse has been sent to me and the other sale cancelled. I check and my neg FB has been removed and the seller opened an unpaid item case against me but I paid via PP Jan 14th.
I have no bag, no money and other buyers unaware because the neg FB was removed. FB only factual and not in ebay violation.
