Had a buyer submit a best offer which I accepted and then after I sent her the invoice, she decided that she didn't want it any longer.

Item # 121204534724

eBay ID: heather.kitty

Member ID#: herbalife4ever
Transaction: #151150688948

Buyer decided to pretend like she asked me a question before the bid ended that must have disappeared. She started to make unreasonable demands like the bag arriving before she left on her trip the next day or she will return it; or, the bag must be her favorite color blue or she will return it.I asked her to confirm her shipping address and she flipped out yelling, "send the bag already!" (it was 10pm). I decided to cancel the transaction because shipping a bag to someone who keeps threatening to return it is ridiculous -- and she brought a claim with paypal with plenty of lies instead of just accepting the cancellation.

[is this the right place for this? SELLERS BEWARE because she has lots of positive reviews which confused me initially]

Oh my. This lovely information from toolhaus:

BEWARE SUFFERS FROM BUYERS REMORSE AND TERRIBLE ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-- --
BEWARE LEAVES NEG/NEUTRAL FEEDBACK! Bag was auth w/orig receipt, buyers remorse!

Unfortunately this person can leave you negative feedback even if the transaction isn't completed. E-bay is steadfast in refusing to remove negative feedback unless someone posts personal information on you.

Not a non-paying bidder but...sold a Coach bag BNWT, never used, stored in sleeper bag in my closet NOT in the sun. Buyer emails me about 10 days after receiving the bag tells me that she wants me to take the bag back, that it is not new but used. Said there was an ink mark inside the bag, "obvious" sun fade damage, a couple scratches on the brass hardware and I must have found a way to reattach the tag to the bag after I used it to sell it as new. In the essence of not wanting to go through a SNAD claim I agreed to take the bag back and refund her, she proceeded to send me 5 emails that day (within a half hour of each other) each one ruder than the last asking for my address, I was at work and in meetings and couldn't answer her, so she filed a claim anyway. She would email me a rude email and then 5 minutes later apologize and be really nice, said she thought I was blowing her off...ignoring her...scamming her and on and on...then I am so sorry you are being more than nice to me. She finally sent the bag back. The pen mark was a piece of black thread, my DH and I both looked that bag over and couldn't find any "sun damage", and the marks on the brass were just from he brass rings rubbing together. I should have known it was going to be an issue because it took her 4 days to pay on a BIN listing. In the end she left me glowing feedback but her emails etc bordered on harassment at times. After she left feedback she sent me the strangest email about how I was a nightmare seller, but I should be happy that she is such a nice forgiving person that left me positive feedback.

Buyer - mcoherent

Purchases a brand new Hermes silk jersey scarf from me with tag still attached. Receives the scarf and tells me it's used, the color is faded and the silk has thinned out and wants to return it and get a refund. I explain that silk jersey is a more coveted, more fragile and more expensive ($620) Hermes scarf and has a drape to it whereas the normal silk twill H scarf is stiffer and retails for $410.

She doesn't respond.

I get it back and it has a snag in it.

I blocked her immediately.

So many nightmare stories, so sorry to hear.

My buyer accepted my best offer (counteroffer) and then said my bag is not what she thought it was because she wanted the 8 in Chanel Mini Flap. I sent a picture of the bag and measuring tape showing it comes in right under 8 inches. Then she says that this guide online says that the style number on my tag says it's a different style, I send more pictures and she is still saying my bag is 6.5 inches.. really? I'm ticked because I had 2 other offers and now I have to re-list.
