Refused to believe a boutique wouldn't authenticate (asked 3 times) and refused to get item authenticated here. Multiple messages asking the same questions and personal questions over a six hour period.

Unfortunately it's very common. A friend sold an Hermes birkin some years back and when the buyer asked to return it, they actually sent back a fake! For this very reason as a seller I do not accept returns.
Sadly they can force returns and you can do nothing, even if it says you don't accept returns![]()
