eBay Non-Paying Bidder List

Hello I've had a few non payers but at least half of them were 0 feedback people (have 1 at the moment against whom to start a non-paying case is a waste of time and I just ask after a few days to cancel the transaction). In my experience after some time those people disappear from eBay or never to return or to open another account under different name.
Even more interesting is that they've won over $10,000 in designer goodies over the past few weeks and the feedback they've received which isn't much. And not particularly good.
I saw nothing on e-bay feedback but quite a history on toolhaus.
Have you had a personal experience with these two sellers? And if so what happened?

Beware of this fraudulent buyer/seller. I was a victim of her and would hate for anyone else to have their item ruined and also be out the funds. She used, left garbage in, damaged and removed authenticating designer trademarks on my bag and also stole my pictures from here and photo-shopped them and sent them as her own to ebay. She is a professional scammer who has done her research and has no morals. I have lost both my gorgeous bag due to the irreversible damage she did to it and also the funds. She left glowing feedback and five star as described upon receipt of item and after a few weeks of using and abusing it pulled this.
