SNIPED my auction 20 seconds before it ended, outbidding two other people- no payment, and no communication.

I hate people like this- who think that just because it is Ebay and relatively anonymous they don't have to display common courtesy, at the very least a message telling me they changed their mind would at least save me the time on a NPB case.
