Not really so much as a non-payer as an annoyance-

I listed my iPhone 4 and 5 minutes before it ended there was a bidding war between two buyers. I got all giddy. Haha. The buyer who won had 400+ feedback. About an hour later I received a message saying he had stepped out to smoke and left his ebay open and someone at school had thought it funny to bid on the item (several times) and asked me to cancel the transaction. (i did)

Offered a 2nd chance to the other buyer and no luck.

oh well, i guess. Time to relist

That's just ridiculous, I'm guessing he had buyer's remorse...

I'm pretty sure I'm going to have two more to add to the list before long but I want to wait to make sure...

I'm having the hardest time selling my iPhone 4! I had the person I listed above buy it then say someone else had used his account as a joke to bid so I had to cancel the transaction. The 2nd Chance Offer didn't go through.

The next relisting- Bidding war between two people with lower feedback and then at the last minute someone with "0" feedback swooped in. Sent them a message to touch base about payment and invoiced. Nothing.

This time around- It had a hour or so left and someone with 4 feedback BIN. Sent a message and have invoiced. But nothing so far. He still has time but why BIN if you don't pay right away?!

I even have on my listing if you have 10 or less feedback contact me first or I will cancel the bid. In the 2nd auction there was one person who had exactly 10 and the other had 3 I think but neither contacted me but it was so close to the end of the auction I didn't get a chance to cancel. Neither took up the 2nd chance offers either.

It's so frustrating! It's one thing if your item just doesn't sell. But its so annoying that it "sells" and then you have to wait to see if the person pays or not. And sometimes you just know right off the bat your probably not going to get paid. How long do you wait before re-listing/marking Unpaid?

I had the same problem with a BIN. If you can press the commit to buy button, why not the pay now button? I always do when I BIN?

Yea it always irritates me when they either BIN or make an offer and you accept and never hear from them again. Or even bid and win at the last few seconds. They're obviously online so it's not just that they don't know that they won because they haven't checked ebay.

In case you did not know: You can mark immediate payment when you have a BIN price. The person cnnot end the auction with the BIN unless they pay directly. Look for the box to tick if you list again.

Ugh, yet another: earlise22

Bid on an item a day before it ended, received invoice at end of auction then she sent an email saying "I don't know how eBay works and thought I cancelled my bid." She has feedback so I'm not buying that excuse. :rolleyes:
