I have a HORRIBLE non paying buyer. Basically a scammer. Won my auction, then took days to ask me to send a paypal invoice to a certain address.. Then 3 days later told me she never received it (WHEN SHE DID).. Then finally paid, but by echeck so I had to wait to get payment. About 5 days later Paypal sent a message it was rejected due to her bank. Up to now, no payment. Worst transaction ever. At every turn this buyer had an excuse and then left me neg feedback saying I was mean and berated her. All I did was keep asking her for payment.

Buyer made an offer, which I accepted. We instantly sent through the eBay invoice, then nothing. A few days later we politely send the buyer a message thanking her for her purchase and ask when she will be making payment. Instead she finally responds stating that she made an error with her Offer and now only wants to pay $650 instead of the $750 that was offered and accepted, and stated if we don't accept the $650 then to simply "cancel the invoice". So we cancelled the transaction under her instructions, which she's not even responding to. We've never had this issue on eBay before so this is all new to us, and after having made a complaint to eBay we've now learned that the buyer will not be left with an unpaid item strike against her account since we 'cancelled the transaction' instead of 'opening an unpaid item case' - very frustrating.

Won my Celine as BIN. Lives in the same city and received it within two days. Emailed me the same day and screamed at me that the bag she bought was fake. Called me scammer and threatened to report to eBay if I don't give her money back. Of course my Celine is authentic since I purchased it from the Celine boutique. I requested her contact via eBay and gave her a call. She yelled at me at the phone. I asked her if she has ever seen a Celine before. She said she has many. I offered to meet her at NM Celine counter. She said if the SA said if it is real, she will keep it.

We met at NM the next day. She checked Celine shown there. Obvisouly she has never seen a Celine IRL before. After she looked at a few, she knew my Celine is real. Then she changed her offensive tone and said there are some stiches are not straight (not true) and she wanted to return. I was so upset. This is obvious a buyer remorse.

I used my iPad to refund her money in full right at the store since I wanted my bag back and didn't want to deal with this rude and irresponsible buyer. I told her she could return the bag but just don't accuse me selling her fakes since she lied and has never seen a Celine before. A week later, I found she purchased another Celine on eBay.
