Jenny_pennys (with High feedback, and a few false positives) won an item on the 2nd of the month and still has not replied to the "non paying buyer" which I filed on the 16th.. it is now the 18th. If she pays before this case is over I will remove this.

She has mentioned my name and address for the reason that I purchased something from her on ebay and the item never arrived.
I opened a dispute on paypal and she started mentioning that I am a thief and that I am to scam her while the only thing I requested from her was a tracking number. She then chose to escalate the dispute to a claim herself and was being very offensive. The tracking number she gave me has not been updated since Nov 11 or 18th and the item never arrived.
Please delete the post. I believe there is something not right with what you are doing and you are not handling yourself professionally by violating somebody's privacy. I will take further legal action if you continue this way.
The item did not arrive!! I got my money back! That simple. maybe you should have chose a better shipping method since you were charging more than usual for shipping.

I called eBay and let them know. They are going to see if they can link the accounts. I found the relationship on a geneology page.
