Can anyone help me? I sold 2 items on ebay to 1 buyer. I would like to combine shipping by mailing the items in 1 box. How do I go about sending the buyer an updated invoice since shipping is different now? Thanks

I assume she hasn't paid yet. If you click on send invoice, you should be able to change the shipping amount. Can anyone help me? I sold 2 items on ebay to 1 buyer. Ebay doesn't require you to insure your packages. You are responsible for them. If a package is lost, you have to reimburse the buyer. If you have bought insurance, you can attempt to recover from USPS. Insurance is for the seller, not the buyer. You automatically get either $50 or $100 with priority shipping anyway.I'm assuming this is usps' personal touch on efficient delivery? [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
I gave up on them long ago when eBay told me I must insure every package regardless of whether buyer pays for insurance. I ship only Fedex/ups because I cannot trust USPS [emoji20]
My package being shipped from California to California is in Jersey City now after first visiting Massachusetts.
The package I mailed to a buyer who is less than 200 miles away from my home is now nearly 3000 miles away!

Can anyone help me? I purchased a bag on eBay last week. The listing said "as is" but also said that "returns are accepted." I received the bag on Saturday and it smells like cigarettes and I want to return the bag. I emailed the seller on Saturday morning telling her that I would like to return the bag as the listing says to contact seller first before eBay if you want to return.
At any rate, I have not heard back from the seller. She has an Ebay store and has all positive feedback so I'm just shocked by this. I don't know what to do? Any feedback would be really helpful!
Since the seller takes returns, you should be able to start the process right from your ebay summary page.
Go to the item & on the right is a drop menu of things you can do, leave feedback etc & "return this item" should be on that list.
Select to return & then the reason you're returning it.
Hello all,
I won an auction tonight and just paid for my item. 20 minutes later I get a message from the seller saying she cancelled the payment and refunded me. Seller claimed they don't ship to my country but the listing says worldwide shipping. I am not in the excluded countries. I checked and I'm unable to leave feedback and she already relisted with a starting price 2x higher than I won the auction. Is there anyway to let other buyers know of this sellers shady ways?

I'm betting that she was too cheap to pay for a reserve and the dress didn't sell for enough money. In her email to me she stated she doesn't ship to my country. Then she says the sale was cancelled because " I'm out of stock or can't fulfil the order for another reason."
she already relisted. If I call ebay will they do anything about this seller? I am pretty steamed right about now.
I would call ebay and ask why you haven't been able to leave feedback. I'm wondering if it has something to do with her reason for cancellation. I think that she can only use this reason a limited number of times without it affecting her seller status, and I believe that is the reason you can't leave feedback. In her email to me she stated she doesn't ship to my country. I think you might have misread it. OP says she got the message of cancellation 20 minutes after she paid.I'm betting that she was too cheap to pay for a reserve and the dress didn't sell for enough money.
I'm guessing that you're unable to leave feedback because it was canceled before you had a chance to pay. Had you paid and got a refund, you could have left feedback.
I'd still call ebay, suggest that this seems to be a case of a no-reserve listing not going high enough and the seller cancelling. As further evidence, point out that the relisted item is a fixed price listing.
The least they should do is put a note on her account that she's not completing no-reserve transactions.
I bet you wished you'd paid immediately so you could have left feedback!
