^^ To update my post (one up) can someone please explain to me how I'm still getting messages from the crazy person when I blocked them? They're still trying to make offers on an item I already sold and shipped. They also send me messages asking if I got their messages. How do I get this person to stop spamming me?? They seem unstable, I really don't want to make them crazier by responding.
If the messages are all coming through ebay's messaging system, hit the "report this message" button. Do it for every message.

Not sure if this is the right place, but I have a quick question. I occasionally sell on ebay and have only sold to buyers located in the US. A buyer from Spain asked if I would be willing to sell two of my items to them. They only have 2 feedback ratings. Hass anyone had problems with shipping to Spain? What is the best way to send it?

I have seen horror stories about Spain.

What is the total of the bag plus shipping?

Thanks for the response. I did a quick search on ebay boards as well and saw people having problems with Spain. It's actually clothes (cleaning out my closet, but new items with tags still attached) that would total about $40. Shipping - I'm not sure, I planned to pack it in those thick plastic bags retailers have been using to ship clothes.

You can use a Tyvek envelope. Just watch - it's up to you what to do with tracking. Flat rate envelopes do not track. Neither does First Class International. But someone might not want to pay Priority Mail for $40 worth of clothing.

Some sellers use FCI or Flat Rate Envelope and ship with shipinsurance or one of those type places.

Thank you! Shipping & tracking is pretty expensive, but it'll give me piece of mind, and that's worth it. I guess I can tell the buyer what the international shipping rate is, and if they're willing to pay for it, it should be okay.

I apologize greatly if this is not the proper place for this but I am ready to explode and would like to know if this has happened to anyone else. I am talking about photo stealing and someone lying about you in feedback.

My husband purchased a Coach bag off of Ebay and I didn't know, it was a surprise for me.
Item described as Excellent condition, used only a few times and includes the dust bag. It showed just a few photos, the creed, they were dark but he explained he was just excited to find the purse I was looking for at a good price.

When it arrived the blood drained from my poor husband's face. It was shipped FOLDED IN HALF :faint: in a skinny box. It smelled so bad I had to put it in a ziplock bag. It was also dirty, stained, frayed, just plain worn out and abused. Certainly not "Excellent, used only a few times" as she claimed. And the dust bag was not there.

We went through Ebay to be safe, got our refund, paid to send the bag back. ALSO we sent the seller a kind e-mail saying "No offense, here are photos to show you why the the description did not match". Even though she knows darn well how terrible the bag is.

This horrible woman actually sends me a message going off on how offended she is. :wtf: Then once she got the bag back, she uses some of OUR photos to re-listit for a way cheap price! :cursing: She used good ones of course. Poor buyer won't know about the smell or half of the problems. Of course her new add made no mention of a dust bag and was VERY different from the previous one.

Here is where I get really angry though, I decide to leave a neutral (I wish I would've just left negative like she deserved) explaining "NOT "excellent cond" and photos in revised add are MY photos". She replies that we changed our minds on the bag and to BEWARE of us. Of us!? Um, why is her new add changed to downgrade condition if we just changed our mind? And we did NOT give her permission to use our darn photos. I don't want MY photos on her disgusting auctions. :lecture: I've contacted Ebay TWICE but who knows what can be done. I want my photos OFF of that auction even though it's ended. It bothers me so bad.

I'm sorry I am just boiling. I bent over backwards to be decent to a miserable person but she lies in feedback and now I will have to watermark even photos I send privately.

Have you called ebay on the phone?

Unfortunately, you can't report the stolen pictures through the ebay listing because in order to do that, you need to have a listing from which the pictures were stolen. and since there's no listing, you can't prove to ebay that the pictures are your's.

Thus, I recommend a phone call to tell them that you filed a SNAD dispute, sent the seller YOUR pictures to demonstrate the damage and now those are the pictures in the relisted item. Give them the original item number as well as the current item number and tell them to compare. Tell them you want the listing with your images removed.

If you get a customer service rep with half a brain, they should see the problem and remove the listing.

(Did you find the original seller's listing from where she stole the original pictures?)

Oh yes I phoned Ebay right away. I know this probably sounds silly. I've been on Ebay 13 years. I've had so much happen including being scammed out of money. You just cut your loss and move on, lesson learned. For some reason this has me so ticked. Maybe becuase after wronging my husband she steals photos to make her money back and then tells people to Beware of us. I don't know. I feel silly :shame:.

The first person I got on the phone was very kind. I gave him all the info and he said he saw both of her auctions and the major differences including the photos. He saw the Ebay claim as well. So he sent it to investigations. He said he would be really angry too and suggested we watermark our photos from now on. He even said if she left any retaliatory feedback to call right back.

So I called a second time after she lied on feedback and got a different person who simply said she sees it was sent to investigations and was no further help. She wasn't as expressive with her understanding. I'm going to try to just be patient :shame: and call them back in a few days.

Not sure if I am at the right forum but here we go-

I found this a seller on Ebay(early Dec 2011) that sells item my size, therefore i bid on few of her items! i won a total of 6 (2 at a time) with no problems! When i won 2 of her HL dresses, she contacted me 2 days later and mention items has been eaten my moth(HL are not made out of natural fabric hence moth do not eat!!! I am not STUPID)and do not pay.

She mention she would try to fix it and get back to me after New Year! i waited patiently and sent a few msg asking for pictures and to follow up but i got no replies! after 29 days i had no choice but to file a complaint with a nice little note- I will hate to leave u a negative feedback. She thn sent a furious msg: u have not paid for items and items has been destroyed!! I will leave negative feedback too!

I think she changed her mind with items and just made up a story!!!! what should i do from here? i really want to leave her a negative feedback but at the same time i do not want negative feedback from her!!!!

HELP me pls!!!! I'm sorry i had to let this out here. Any feedback would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance

First, never threaten any seller with negative feedback. That's considered feedback extortion and isn't allowed.

As for the items she didn't send, did you pay? I'm not sure what you mean by "filed a complaint" because unless you paid, you can't file a dispute for non-receipt.

Since she didn't file an unpaid item dispute against you, you can probably leave negative feedback and comment to the effect of "non-performing seller, wouldn't follow through on sale."

If she files against you for payment, pay for the item. Then she'll have no excuse or reason for having your feedback removed.

As for her negging you, that can't happen. Sellers can only leave positive feedback for buyers.

Awesome!!! Too many things i don't know about Ebay!! Thanks:D

Why do people hit the BIN and then 3 days later still haven't paid? I swear I get this all the time and only half the time do they actually end up paying. I have a current one that's almost 4 days past and the user has zero feedback and just created the Ebay account the same day they hit my BIN. I sent them a message early this morning telling them if they paid today I would be able to ship before the weekend but if not I would be out of town tomorrow so I probably wouldn't get them until Monday (UPS). No response. So frustrating. I almost wish I could block zero feedback buyers. I had watchers on this auction that have probably bought elsewhere so I'll have to start all over. Ugh. Is this a common problem??

Ugh. I'm super irritated- a week or so ago I sold a Treesje bag on Ebay. It was a recent buy of mine that I ended up reselling immediately (sold it for what I paid, plus shipping cost, under $100). The buyer took 3 days to pay, then today emailed this:

I own several Treesje and this bag is not authentic. Please refund my money. I will file a claim with Visa if not resolved. I will send you back this bag.

The Treesje is, of course, authentic (I don't even know if they make fake ones; I definitely doubt it), but I'm cool taking a return, if only because I don't want some whackjob to have such a lovely bag ;). I emailed her back the following:

Hello,

The bag is absolutely authentic, as are all my items, but I will certainly take a return if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please send back the bag with a tracking number and I will refund you (minus shipping cost) as soon as I receive it.

Thanks,

I'm stressing out because I don't want to lose my feedback score to this bi*ch, but is there anything else you think I should do to facilitate a cordial return?
