I have opened a claim with PP on the 13th I think of November and escalated it on the 21st since seller took their time with responding. After today it will be the 10th day since the case was escalated therefore I've been waiting for a resolution with PP. Do they usually take this long especially around the holidays? They said it might take up to the 24th for a decision to be made. Should I just call them and see what the hold up might be? I know it's a first come first serve basis and cases are just thrown into a bucket waiting to be looked at. This is a SNAD case. TIA!

ETA: I found the listing. The seller is lying. Those are worn to bits and have been resoled AND repainted. Stay away. They are in terrible condition.

No idea BB. According to the LV wallet listing, seller was Ebaying for a friend. I think the Bbag may be from her own collection? Regardless...listing a fake LV wallet sure doesnt do much for the seller in terms of listing other potentially authentic bags. Ya know?

How many times does the fake LV wallet need to be reported before the listing will be removed and my Ebay buying summary will no longer be requesting me to pay for it?

Below is the message that I received back from the seller this am. I've tried to request to cancel the transaction thru my Ebay account, but I get an error message saying that I can not request to cancel a "Buy It Now" transaction?

I've already reported the listing all (3) different ways (as per info given here in TPF). Now what do I do? I don't want a NPB strike if I can avoid it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

I checked this wallet again , i see the authentic certificate number inside of the wallet is M61702. If it fake, cannot be have number on it. I guess.
I am not Fan of LV, So i do not know. But I really trust my friend and her friend.
A birthday gift cannot be fake!!

You can cancel the order by yourself or through Ebay.

Buyers can retract a bid in an auction but you can't cancel a transaction. The seller has to do that and obviously, she's either in denial or just doesn't want to do it.

If you start a thread or if there's a "report fake LV" thread, post there and others will help report and hopefully, with enough reports from different people, ebay will pull it.

Meanwhile, don't worry about paying for it yet. Even if she files on the 4th day, you'll have (I think) 7 days to respond. The dispute will give you the timeline.
