I was ok on ban island until the BLACKFRIDAY sale.
Then, without an escape plan, I just lept off the island and
into the clutches of ILD.
Before my commonsense caught up to me I had ordered
2 Alto handbags and 1 Florentine.

I went back for another Florentine 2 days later.
And I'm still drooling over the bright blue and bright pink pouches.
I do not need anymore SLGs (or handbags for that matter), but pretty
colors are like catnip to me.
And not one of the 4 bags I bought is a 'pretty' color.
They are all dark and neutral.... black, dark grey, navy.
Classic, blah, blah, blah.... but still I couldn't pass them up.
A good sale is a strong temptation.
I sometimes think I would be better off buying only 1 or 2 handbags
at full price rather than saving so much money on so many.
Good thing I don't have to explain or justify my spending to
anyone!

Just found my receipt and I'm providing this info as a reference
point for anyone drooling and considering purchasing preloved.

I bought my Chestnut Flo Saddle bag (8L262) in 2020
from ILD, on sale. At the time the list was $368
and I paid just under $155 (with whatever sale and other coupons/credits I had
at the time). My Flo Saddle bag is the larger (or regular size).

I missed out on the other colors that were available.... too late
to the party and I didn't appreciate the bag until they were almost
gone. Shoulder/crossbody bags are not my thing, so I often
just pass them over. Now I look for ways to make them work by
doubling/folding the strap (if possible) so I can hand carry.
It's amazing how creative I can get to justify taking advantage
of a great handbag on sale.

Just bought the last 3 Florentine bags I wanted that were on my wishlist. 2 Nanos and a Micro. I did two separate orders because I had some 20 off 100 coupons. I hope there are no issues with these. *fingers crossed*

I don't know if you're talking about this frame purse in Florentine. Mine is pebble grain but I believe it's the same size.

Large frame flo meaning kisslock or large flo satchel, dear? Large satchel or as I refer it to, my Mary Poppins bag, and a pebble grain kisslock next to the florentine. I often carry a kisslock in smaller bags with cash & cards, or with small cosmetics in it. They are roomy for multiple small things.

Yes the kisslocks! D&B has them titled as large frame purse :huh:

Yes, mine smells like leather - or should I say last time I had it out it did. It is good quality imo. I condition all flo bags before carrying & it glows nicely. When did you order yours? This one was purchased...I want to say somewhere between 2016 & 2019.
