I'm getting really tired of buyers(especially resellers of expensive items too) making a bundle so they can ask me what's the lowest price I will take!!! Excuse me. Make a damn offer. I'm sure she would not like people to do that to her.

I don't mind buyers asking me what's the lowest price, I think they don't want to offend you. The luxury market is very slow, I barely get an offers on my items. I am excited to just get an offer. LOL
I haven't had that experience but I have had low offers and I'll counter....I hate when people just decline. why not counter even if it's at close to full price?

I just sold 6 new items this weekend! So happy it's picking up on PM. I also just had another idiot submit two offer for 2 St Laurent Shoes and then 5 minutes later cancel the offer. Looked up her profile, so glad she cancelled the offers. She looks like she would be trouble or want to return the brand new shoes. I blocked her.

I had a buyer purchase a brand new jumpsuit. She messaged me as soon as she received it and said she loves it. She left me 5 stars and told me she can't wait to wear it. She then messaged me 5 days later(today) and wanted to know if she could exchange it for one size bigger. I have the same jumpsuit in a larger size too. I messaged her back and said" I was sorry but I cannot do an exchange." She then asked me if I think PM will let her return it. I have not responded, because I cannot take it back because she wants a larger size. Any advice?

They won't let her return it, both because she already accepted the order and because it isn't a valid reason. The only thing she can do is buy the larger size and resell the smaller one on her own. She is allowed to use your pictures.

You can't take it back anyway as she's accepted it so the transaction is complete. Even if she didn't, it would've automatically completed after three days. So her only option is to re-posh the item she doesn't want and she can purchase the other size as a separate transaction.

Personally, I would remove that larger size item from your closet for now because she could very well purchase it and then claim something for force a return and return the smaller one (original purchase). Maybe she wouldn't, but I'm not a very trusting person, especially of someone that doesn't seem to understand how the platform works and wants an exchange as if you're an online retailer.

I think taking the item out of the closet for a while is a good idea. That way, the buyer will hopefully embrace the one she already bought and stop looking for another. OP can find another buyer.

Thank you so much for the great advice. I was thinking about that too. I just removed it. I will wait for a month and then relist it.
