IOD has been discontinued? :s I didn't even realize, it's been a while since I used it. It's one of the products I've ordered, I'm a bit worried now :s
Please, stay out of the Strawberrynet.com.
They use similar scenario with many customers. I suppose they decided to send some shipment to have some positive feedback but many customers will definitely have terrible experience.
Like many others, I purchased perfume, paid, and then they started with their game.
Asked me to verify my identity by sending them security code from the back of my credit card. After a little thinking I sent them the number. They said they received Info from the bank it does not match (nonsense) and asked me to send them copy of any bill or to copy and fax my credit card. I sent my telephone bill (sccaned).
Today I received mail from them saying They cancelled my order like I request.
I discovered that reserved money for that purchase was just transferred on their account.
Now, they will wait for months before they give me back my money or they are not going to give the money back anymore.
My advice> Stay away from them, since you do not know will they pick you up to play game or you will be the lucky one that will receive the order without problem.

I've ordered from them about thirty times now... At least 3 products per order, and in all those orders I've never had even the slightest hint of any poor products. Once they sent me the wrong shade lipgloss, but were quick to correct the problem and sent me the right colour at no charge and let me keep the other lipgloss as a freebie for my inconvenience.
I'd recommend them a hundred times over!

I've purchased quite a bit from strawberrynet and have always been happy with my purchases. If you order three items they give you a 5% discount plus you get another discount that builds up as you order more. The special deals can be quite good and change at the beginning of each month and again on the 15th of each month.

The main reason i purchased from them is because I loved loved loved "lancome aroma fit" but couldn't find it anymore as it's discontinued. and i bought some stuff along with it coz they seemed cheap.
Can't believe how expensive Australia sells these cosmetics for! I feel so ripped off buying from the department stores over these years. and they never go on sale, gift bags are the best deal you can get!

I've ordered from them for years, they are extremely reasonable compared to department stores here in Australia...never had one single problem, the products always come beautifully wrapped within 2-4 days, I couldn't be happier, really...
You must be getting your skin care and cosmetics so cheap in the States to find Strawberrynet expensive, got no idea why they are so dear here...
