I bought 3 Dermalogica products from them on 23 february 2010 and still didn't get the items.I mailed them and they told me to wait until march 15,if I don't get the products I should give them a mail again.
I mean its been 9 days,and I live in Europe..anyone ever had this problem with them?

I've been shopping with them for years and have ordered almost 80 products from them. I have never had a problem. Their customer service is wonderful and their shipping is very fast to North America.
Fragrances do take longer because of new regulations, but makeup and skincare is received within a week. HTH!

I placed an order back in december, and never received it. It took 3 months, after several emails and long distance calls to finally get a refund. I now shop at fresh fragrances and cosmetics. heaps better customer service and quick delivery.

I'm so skeptical to order from this site, for several reasons such as the fact that the site doesn't look very legit. And I don't want to be scammed.
Buuuut after reading this thread I can see that there are more people recommending strawberrynet than being unhappy about it.

I just have a few more questions.

Do you use paypal or not while purchasing from this site?

On the FAQ site under making payment they write:
"We also accept Paypal payments to [email protected].
Please remember to never send your complete credit card details in a single e-mail as this is not secure. If you must send the details by e-mail, please split the number into two parts and send in separate e-mails to be safe."

what do they mean by that?

And for everyone who got it delivered to Europe, do you have to sign for it?

I can't even get on that site. :tdown: They stopped delivering to Germany and I guess have banned German IP addresses. It just tells me "Access Denied -You don't have permission to access "http://www.strawberrynet.com/" on this server. -

I'm in the US and I'm about to order a foundation that is available in the US but my shade is not. But now I'm kind of worried :oh:I don't want to wait around too long but can't find any other sites that carry my shade...ugh

I used to shop from them pretty often. Packages took a couple weeks but that's ok since it was coming from so far! The reason I stopped was because I suspected (after receiving really watery foundation) their products were...old/expired. I emailed them a few times requesting a price match for some items but they always responded that they had to increase the price because they offer free shipping to everywhere. Needless to say, I don't order from them anymore.

I've purchased few times from Strawberrynet, usually skincare but when it comes to haircare I usually lean to lookfantastic and feel unique, because they tend to have cheaper prices. I live in Finland and it usually takes a week to receive the items. I've always been very happy with them, haven't had any problems. I also pay with Paypal cause it's easier (and safer too) but the site has been recommended in magazines etc so I had no worries even first time when I purchased from them :)

I'm a bit skeptical about ordering from Strawberrynet as well. They still sell Dior's Hydraction line despite it being discontinued and that has me a bit suspicious. Personally, I think its worth paying the extra $30 or whatever extra and going to a counter and be reassured that the product isn't old/ or expired...

I bought a La Mer item from them once and it was FAKE, I use La mer all the time and this was totally fake and different from my regular packaging/product, Also, their prices are often over retail which is nonsense.

The first time I ordered from them was for CLE DE PEAU, which are super high end cosmetic/skin care line. They were all sealed and no signs that it was fake. I've also ordered their Phyto Supplements, which came in original bottle sealed and the expiration date stated 09/2012. I love their Loyalty program!

I love strawberry net...yes they dont have the newer stuff, but they are so much cheaper than buying in store ( esp here in Australia) plus they have a very good customer service, I remember emailing them once on Christmas day ( I was just doing a lazy browsing after stuffing myself with turkey) asking about a product, and they reply in less than 15 minutes .....wow....its Christmas...i wasnt expecting a reply for another couple days. Me & my girls buy heaps of stuff from their site, love their loyalty program & free shipping ( not many websites are willing to send to Australia, let alone for free)

I used to ordered from strawberrynet, but i'm about to stop as several times i received products (usually unpacked) which i had to cast out because they're old and definitively unusable, it happened with 2 Bourjois mascaras, Estee Lauder Correcting Concentrate For Deeper Facial Lines etc.
