I've ordered once Chanel lipsticks from them and it was authentic.
But I was charged to pay customs (I live in Europe), so that was the first and the last time for me.

I purchased from them some Clinique sunscreens and mascaras. I was worried like you but they are legit, good items.........
I just purchased what i couldn´t find in the store because price is not so good..

ive had great success with them but i know for sure that some of the products they carry are discontinued or repackaged. im talkin like 2 years old. i stay away from those products.

its legit but very old

if anyone needs to know about dior/guerlain/givenchy purchases from there let me know as i can tell you how old it is etc

i have emailed them in the past about how dangerous it is to sell 7 year old fake tan!:wtf:

All you have to do is send StrawberryNet your receipt for customs and they will reimburse you the money to the credit card you paid with. I've been doing this for 3 years and have never had a problem.
If you should ever receive a product that is not 100% all you have to do is contact them and they always look after the problem.

Happy  Day!

They are one of the few places I can find my signature scent, a very rare french perfume... and always quick, well priced, and very nicely packaged.

Course, when I lived in Paris I would never have chose it as a lifelong scent if I would have realized it was so difficult to find!! C'est la vie

please be careful as they sell very old products - including 10yr old skincare and fragrances which can cause horrific allergic reactions - and if you do suffer from a serious reaction requiring medical treatment then you arent entitled to any help etc from the manufacturer as they dont authorise strawberry.net to sell their products and the fact they are so old

all products are legally only suitable for use upto 36months from production - not 10yrs!!

if it has seperated, smells odd, looks odd or if its been discontinued worldwide for more than 4 yrs (check with manfucaturer as sometimes a discontinued product in your country is still available in another or it has been discontinued worldwide) then do not risk using it on your skin!!

below is a list of products not to be touched due to age - over 5yrs old

Phenomen-A Cream 30ml/1oz
- very dangerous is over 7yrs old and ingredients will have broken down

IOD
Icone Regulating Creme - Dehydrated Skin 30ml/1oz
- very dangerous is over 7yrs old
http://www.strawberrynet.com/productDetail.aspx?ProdId=36521Vitalmine C+ATP Pur 30ml/1oz
- very dangerous is over 7yrs old and ingredients will have broken down
Dior Bronze Refreshing Icy Sun Spray SPF 4 125ml/4.2oz
Capture Wrinkle Cream SPF 8 30ml/1oz - old packaging
- very dangerous is over 7yrs old and ingredients will have broken down

the ones i have listed as very dangerous are due to the ingredientsw i.e retinol and vit a derivatives - they do break down and these products specifically can cause a reaction that will cause permanent scarring

I have ordered now 37 products from them and not one of them was old!!I'm certain if you emailed Kitty in customer service she would absolutely have told you to send them back. They take their business and customer service very seriously!!

you were lucky then! i was in charge of consumer relations for the LVMH Group so know that the above products were discontinued world wide - they have never been re-produced since at least one yr before their discontinuation date

thats why i say you have to be careful - if you know the product has only just been launched or can tell from the packaging that its recent made then fair enough - but if its old/disc then dont buy

because they are not authorised to stock dior/guerlain/givenchy/kenzo/aqua di parma - theres no way to regulate the products they sell as they buy them from the grey market not from the manufacturer

I just recieved my first order from Strawberry net, and they've been excellent!

No customs charge as I made separate orders for each item! Authentic YSL and Mac make-up, and shipping was only 4 business days!

Very happy and I will definitly be ordering from them again!

I've ordered several times from them as well. They are great, if you get charged for custom fees they'll refund you, now which company would do that for you? However I've experienced a down side is that, if you order perfume, it might get caught at the custom and will not be delievered to you. Depends on your country's regulations. - ie. Perfumes' one of those "dangerous goods" and non-mailable in Canada.
