Same here. Were else should I put it? I can‘t have a b35 on my lap and read/ work and I like to travel with my bags (ok only one at a time though ☺️), selecting them to go with my needs and outfits for the trip.

My everyday bags go to Tokyo. We narrowly missed the Typoons and that green tea was absolutely delicious!
Love these 😍 I have no issue putting my bag on the floor when on the plane, you can always wipe it down afterwards 😃

I USE my bags
So here is the perfect travel bag- my Kelly Lakis 32 in Swift Prune, 2009. Enough outer zipper compartments so I never have to open the actual bag if I don't want to- phone, passports, calvi ( wallet) all easily accessible.
Pictured in all travel options this trip- planes, trains and even automobiles- locked in the boot overnight while we hiked out, then back next day.
She got nary a scratch or any discernable wear.

Train ( overnight sleeper Inverness-London- stayed right there behind my head on the pillow. Guess I'm lucky I'm short!)
Boot of the rental car
Security at LHR- no one was happy to go!
Acting like a normal bag ( or maybe a bag belonging to a normal girl)- keeping me company while I admire her and enjoy my coffee at Pret. Because yes- although I undoubtedly did not need a bag while hiking, I CERTAINLY needed one in London!!
Well worth bringing and not using for the first half of the trip, because I enjoyed her every moment the 2nd half!

No I just use the wipes the give to use as hand sanitizers, didn’t had any issues so far
