But some here do live on the edge, so maybe they can share!
Here’s the thread.
No wildlife shots but my bags live a dangerous life. Often under seat in front of me, once squished by the flight attendant in the overhead compartment (though I got up mid flight to re-arrange her as I could hear her muffled quiet cries). I love my bags, but they need to take care of themselves as I have neither the time nor the patience to carry x bag in bags for protection.
I love the last sentence! Here is the thread in case you want to share how they are in action, braving the world all by themselves.
Recently traveled with my k25 under the seat. She did just fine, I try to follow the fight club philosophy and not let things own me. It’d be hilarious if someone spotted it here lol
Would love to see pictures!

OK- trigger warning for those of you who are faint of heart.
I USE my bags
So here is the perfect travel bag- my Kelly Lakis 32 in Swift Prune, 2009. Enough outer zipper compartments so I never have to open the actual bag if I don't want to- phone, passports, calvi ( wallet) all easily accessible.
Pictured in all travel options this trip- planes, trains and even automobiles- locked in the boot overnight while we hiked out, then back next day.
She got nary a scratch or any discernable wear.

Train ( overnight sleeper Inverness-London- stayed right there behind my head on the pillow. Guess I'm lucky I'm short!)

Security at LHR- no one was happy to go!

Acting like a normal bag ( or maybe a bag belonging to a normal girl)- keeping me company while I admire her and enjoy my coffee at Pret. Because yes- although I undoubtedly did not need a bag while hiking, I CERTAINLY needed one in London!! Well worth bringing and not using for the first half of the trip, because I enjoyed her every moment the 2nd half!

Love your enjoyment of your beautiful bag! I too treat my bags like bags and I have yet to notice that any of them have suffered has a result ;)

Thank you for demonstrating how tough Swift can be. I admire how you really use your bags and choose only what suits you and your personal taste irregardless of trends. Happy and safe travels!
