definitely the boutique...tonite i went to find the legacy bag and the coach store didn't have any...so i ran into lord and taylor and no one was there to help and then i went to macy's and the lady said "we don't have no heavy bags..."...um...ok...so then i went back to the coach boutique and they ordered it for me...no charge for shipping...great experience.
