Bought first balenciaga in f/w 2015. After much travel and live it is now an unstructured floppy, puddle in the floor bag with no body or stiffness to it at all. It is a tote but it is over stretched and I'm devastated. New here do I don't know how to find others that have this issue. Thank you to anyone that can guide me
