Sorry and nasty to say... they can't afford full price for these designers items.. they probably got it at staff price
which is up to 40% of the retail !! Thats also probably their motivation to work in the boutique beside their meagre commission.
My hats off to good and patient SAs cos these are the people who really have passion in their job and cut out for this fashion industry !
Really loathe some of their rude attitude... sometimes I wonder if they know where they stand !! But I guess not haiz...
yea Nadia.. is very patient with her customers. love her service..That indian is called nadia... I find her great too. I usually look for fezah, the supervisor and nadia. Yup the whole batch of sa from paragon go over to ion. I cant wait to visit the new shop. I can only do so after mid aug![]()
Yen Kok said:Hi, my fiancee bought me a Miu Miu Vitello Lux from Miu Miu 2 days ago from the outlet in Marina Bay Sands Singapore. But what suprised us the most wasn't how happy I was when I received such beautiful gift, it was the faulty on the bag!
The logo on the front of the bag spelled Miu Min instead of Miu Miu. My fiancee was very upset to find it so unreliable for such a good brand which was suppose to have everything in good quality controlled.
As a foreigner, I drove for 1 hr to Singapore from Jb just to get the bag check and exchange due to the bad quality controlled. As I showed the sales assistant the upside down "U", I understood it was considering a serious faulty of the goods and it shouldn't happen at all. I asked were I supposed to think it was just bad quality controlled or I have to start doubting it was a duplicate from the original store since the brand on the bag itself was wrong?
I was quite pleased by the young friendly shop assistants, but what upset me the most was the "gratitude" I thought I suppose to get from the nicely dolled up store manager. As a customer with such problems I expected to get a proper apology from the manager herself. It just simply seems like she couldn't stopped dressing up her manikin right in front of me, then to look into the upset customer who had to waste her time and effort and never kick any fuss in her store for such incident! As a loyal customer of Prada and Miu Miu, I felt very disappointed and will never go back to their store again!
