Disappointing Service at Singapore Prada and Miu Miu stores

I agree that the SAs in Paragon, Singapore are terrible!!!!!!
I once went into the Burberry store with a friend, and this particular guy (Do they have security guards or what? He seemed like one with his earpiece and everything) was FOLLOWING us around! Really like stalking us and staring at us like we were gonna steal stuff like wtf it was really horrible. No one even bothered to offer us help -_-

I pretty much prefer the Miu Miu store in Ion, pretty good service from a Filipino guy :D Took time and effort to bring out different designs to help me find the perfect wallet! Bought a Vitello Lux in the end :) Very satisfied with his service!

It seem like Miu Miu bag has no quality control. I have recently bought a miu miu matelasse. Its my first time buying miu miu and I thought they would have some qc hence I only check the exterior and din really check the interior and to my dismay I ve found a deep fold in inner flap area so I went back to change. I have checked more thoroughly this time however I still missed a small little cut hidden at one corner. Went back again and tried to ask for an exchange however they refused even though I offered to take back the first piece. What really ****ed me off is that the SA recognized that it is a cut but still commented that even if it is a cut, it must have done unintentionally. What is this? A cut is a cut I don't care if it is done intentionally or unintentionally. As a well know brand u should have checkedevery inch to make sure that it is good and quality product before it go to the store although it is also the consumer's responsibility to check before purchase but we don't have X-ray eyes! I dont have this problem with other brands I cannot understand why both pieces come with defects!

I totally agree, the brand's service is way too low and it seems like the quality is going the same way. It's not the buyers responsibility to check if the bags we buy are in good condition when buying from a store - they should be! There is no excuse for selling us defect bags...

The pic shows the deep fold from the first bag

Does this warrant an exchange? I am going to take the pic of my exchanged bag and post online shortly.

Hi
I am trying to send an email to the Prada Headoffice in SIngapore for some enquires.
Surfed through the whole website but still can't find the email adress.
Can someone kind enough to enlighten me??
Thanks

I agree with you all that most of the SAs in the high end boutiques in Singapore suck big time.

As I often shop on impulse and do not dress up, or carry my lovely bags when entering such boutiques, I often get ignored or dissed by the SAs, just like what you guys mentioned. I find it extremely rude and annoying. Many a times I walked out without purchasing, even though there could be something that caught my fancy.

I find myself only purchasing when 1)excellent service staff(who can sell me bags/accessories I don't really need 2)when i fancy a bag/accessory too much and have been obsessing over it for awhile. In the latter, I reluctantly pay for my purchase as the SAs are suddenly friendly.

I wish there were more friendly and helpful SAs rather than Snooty ones, as I feel a good one can really enhance the Brand's image and encourage repeat sales. :(

Oh, and on a separate note, I really commend good service when I see one.

If anyone likes Mulberry in SG, I find Angela at the Mulberry in Hilton Hotel, fantastic. Her service is beyond this world, regardless of whether you make a purchase or not, and would not despise you for what you wear, be it drags...and needless to say, I ended up purchasing something from the store for a friend, as there was nothing that I really wanted at that moment.

Great job Mulberry for hiring such great staff!
