I have many high end pieces but I like what I like and to me whether it's thousands of dollars or one hundred dollars I still like my stuff. I haven't sold any of my coach bags, I usually just give them away to my younger family members because they aren't worth much to sell. I kept 1 coach bag from many years ago from when I was 17, my boyfriend bought me my first coach bag (when it was really in style), and I kept it because it's sentimental value to me. I have a few Tory burch clutch I keep because they are still cute to me. I use on the daily bases to work my longchamp or marc by marc jacobs. I think Marc by Marc Jacobs fits with every outfit whether I dress up or down, they are my most used bag. I was never really into Michael Kors, but a few months ago I needed a black backpack and I found one from them that was literally one of the best purchases! I only own a kate spade wallet. My contemporary designer stuff I use when I travel to like a 3rd world country or go on vacation because I don't want to tote my nice stuff :)

I sold all of my coach and Kate Spade. I have one dooney tote that I love and kept 3 of my Alviero Martini bags. When I am out shopping and I always have to look at the handbags, it would seem that I am always drawn to the ones that look like LV. I remind myself why buy something that looks like a LV, save the money for a LV in the future. It would seem that now that I am buy LV I actually do not spend nearly as much money as I had in the past. I know that sounds odd but I was spending $500 a month on hand bags because I had the I got to have it syndrome, where is now I am happy with one or two purchases a year. Granted when I first got into LV I made quite a few purchases that year and ended up selling many. Thankfully I am not into Chanel. Just do not like the bag configurations. I think they look stunning but just not something I would be happy with.

I actually did have MK bags a very very long time ago but I got rid of them because I personally did not like the direction the brand seemed to take not so much because it wasn't a premier designer. I did have a couple coach bags but one I never used so I gave it away and the other i really loved but I lost it somehow, the one I lost was super cute leopard print. I did have a few dooney and burke bags and Gwen Stephanie LAMB bags by lesportsac but thats because they were the in bag to have for a period of time when I was in highschool so I bought a few but I got rid of the dooney bags because they just were so not me and I think I have one LAMB bag left somewhere. My beloved coach wallet I gave to my mom after my hubby bought me an LV one because I am just not the type of person who can have multiple wallets but I must say I miss that wallet. It was such a great piece, it was a zippy wallet and it was had the horse and coach logo on the front, very cool.

Well that was a trip down memory lane! I would not be against buying a coach right now, I have seen some cute bags lately. I bought my first ever Kate Spade clutch for my wedding a couple months ago, I really love the fun designs of the Spade clutches. The only contemporary designer I have in my closet now is Alexander Wang who I love.

I started out collection coach. Once I purchased my first LV Alma verni, I stopped using my coach bags and sold them off. I still have 2 that I will sell and a beautiful scarlet colored phoebe still wrapped like it arrived to me. I can't decided whether to sell or keep. I'm a true LV and Chanel girl. Recently I saw a beautiful coach bag and have tried it on several times. My thought is do I spend the money on the coach that I can't get out of my mind that is 30 percent off or do I save it towards my next Chanel or LV piece?

I got rid of all my past bags like coach, MK, ect the minute I purchased my first high end designer bag which was a saint laurent one and a month later I got a givenchy bag :roflmfao:

It's a slippery slope!

The only less designer/none designer bag I have now is a random tote I put my blanket and sunscreen in for the beach (something that I don't care if it gets muddy, sandy, wet or damaged) and my longchamp bag that I bring with me to Uni. My friend uses her Celine trapeze bag as a bookbag for University and I can't imagine doing that lol
I don't want to worry about where I throw my bag down in the school hallways.

Sold 1 MK and donated 2 others.

I can't part with my Burberry for sentiment but will probably never use again.

Sold 1 Rebecca Minkoff bag but can't part with my MAB bags.

Had a bad experiencing selling on Ebay so might just donate some other bags.

No regrets except Ebay.

I've sold all my "less designer" bags a long, long time ago. I was gifted two Rebecca Minkoff bags, used them a few times, and then they were stolen from me. :( I recently bought a Coach X Peanuts bag (it's currently sitting in my closet) and that's because I LOVE Snoopy. I also have a Dior bag that was gifted from my DH years ago when I graduated from college (sentimental piece). Otherwise, most of my bags are either LV or Chanel.
