Designer Brands You Will Never Buy

Over the years I have tried and tried to like LV monogram bags but...sigh...I can't seem to like those. A few weeks ago NM sent me some email about the vintage LV collection and there u go...I started browsing LV and almost bought the Alma BB, but then I am like, wait what the heck am I doing buying this canvas crap for that kind of price which I don't even like! So I ended up buying Chanel

This topic is interesting. Reading back through many many posts, some list close to most luxury brands. I wonder, what brand would you, or do you then buy?

Let's see. I do admire LV but there isn't anything I can think that I really need. I buy and have really pretty leathers - Mulberry - BV - linea pelle and I just had a Tory Burch tote. Oh and I also love Longchamp. new brand for me.

I probably won't end up with any bags from designers that have prices starting at $2k plus. I think around $1,600 is my max comfort zone, of course prices can be adjusted each year for inflation.

Ha..ha I wouldn't buy that kind of bag with that price tag either. I think the Girl Chanel bags are really ugly I don't even know how much do they cost, and who would wear that?! Non leather one looks like grandma's old sweater

Any luxury brand that moved production to China or Contemporary designers that produce all of their products in China & countries with low labor costs

Michael Kors (Not my style)
Coach (Also not my style)
Kate Spade (China)
Rebecca Minkoff (Quality issues)
Burberry (Not my style)
Dooney & Bourke (Unappealing to me)
Tory Burch (Quality is questionable and I don't like the brand personally)

Hermes - while they appeal to me somewhat, I can't justify the price.
Chanel-Never appealled to me
LV-Too much monogram and looks plastic
Prada - was a favorite until they started making them in China

And any bag over $1500

Louis Vuitton is pretty much the only designer when it comes to bags and such that appeals to me. I do like 3.1 Phillip Lim though. Just ordered a Pashli Satchel, can't get here fast enough! I do oddly feel like I'm cheating lol.
