Designer Brands You Will Never Buy

Well, "never say never" but as it is now for me:

1. Louis Vuitton. I can honestly say I've never lusted after one. They're ugly and all I can think of are cheap fakes when I see them. Goyard, Moynat, and Faure Le Page are all a million times better.

2. I do have an Hermes bag, but I don't see myself buying another one anytime soon. They're all too old-ladyish or they remind me to much of trashy celebs. Thanks but no thanks.
3. Michael Kors-yuck.
4. Tory Burch-yuck.
5. Marc Jacobs-I just don't think I'm ever in to them. Zero appeal.

That's all I can think of for now.

Coach (boring design, too many logos, and poor quality)

Miu miu (recent designs are uninteresting)

Chloe (nothing special since the paddington...)

And MCM... (very tacky and don't even mention about the design...)

So what brand do you buy?

So what brand do you buy?

Lol. I'll buy Balenciaga, Chloe, Fendi, Goyard, Celine, Longchamp, Miu Miu, Gucci, Proenza Schouler, Moynat, Mansur Gavriel, Saint Laurent/YSL, Ralph Lauren, Prada, Bottega Veneta, Chanel, Alexander Wang, Faure Le Page, MZ Wallace, Reed Krakoff, Givenchy, etc. I'm sure I'm forgetting some but you get the idea :smile1:

I do like my H SA and some H jewelry and SLGs, and I love H fragrances, thanks to Jean-Claude Ellena. I guess I especially dislike the Birkin and Kelly.

Longchamp, had a LP victoire in cream colour, but don't like the long zip and flap, and gave it to my sis, the nylon ones are boring to me.
Burberry, have one haymarket check tote, but won't buy their trendy seasonal ones, not for me.
Chanel and Hermes Kelly/Birkin, a bit too old for me since I am still young.
Gucci, too flashy for me.
Prada, same as Chanel and Gucci.
Dior, same as Chanel.

Brands I will buy: Chloe, Balenciaga, Proenza S, other electic lesser known brands that has good quality and material, but don't cost a bomb! *Just personal opinion, please don't shoot!*

MCM, Kate Spade (although I received a little crossbody from from the bf as a gift), Tory Burch, Mulberry, Proenza Schouler, Goyard, Chloe, Versace, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Juicy Couture

Never say never though, there might be something that comes along that makes me change my mind

I don't hate any of the brands listed, I'm just not interested in their designs. Other people hating on a particular brand or bag is not going to stop me from buying and enjoying it

Louis Vuitton (common)
Coach (cheap/common)
Dooney (boring)
Vera Bradley (trashy)
Michael Kors (cheap/common)
Kate Spade (never appealed to me)
Prada (very boring)
Alexander Wang (just the Rocco)
MCM (unappealing)
Stella McCartney (I hate Stella McCartney. I think her bag designs are boring and that she has no business in that part of fashion. Her clothes are gorgeous. She's only famous because of her father. I understand her being a vegan as I'm a vegetarian, but I would never pay thousands for fake leather. She should stick to couture/RTW.)
Anything made by a celeb (besides The Row and Victoria Beckham; those are classic)
There's probably more, but that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

I typically carry Dior, Chanel, Marc Jacobs, Goyard, Proenza, The Row, Mulberry, Rebecca Minkoff, Balenciaga, Lanvin, and Tom Ford. I like classic bags with edge (i.e. Tom Ford Natalia, The Row backpack, Proenza Schouler PS1)
