Oh boy do I feel for Denise. IMO she was a saint for taking them on and to be blocked from actually taking care of them - her heart must be breaking.

Brook should have all parental rights taken away as should Charlie except for financial support. These 2 are disgusting.

Agreed. Charlie has an incredibly bad history of violence against women. Several of the things that Brooke has reported him for, Denise has said in very similiar reports before they became amicable (at least for the kids sake). And he brought those kids into the house with his "goddesses: (aka porn stars) looking after them. They are both as bad as the other.

Neither deserve those children. And now the children are bearing the brunt of it, and their frightening behaviour is the manifestation of it.

I hope they get therapy and a loving, patient home. I don't know if any of the damage done to them can be undone. A terrible situation.

Charlie's daughter is married. Supposedly she & Charlie have contact. He gave her away at her wedding.

Older younger whatever my point is he has a sister. And the other point that the daughter and him may not have that kind of rship. Just cause he walked her down the aisle doesn't mean she wants to raise his kids.

Overall I feel for the kids and it's a sad situation.

I don't get why he thought it was a good idea to have kids being deep in a drug addiction and being with a partner who has the same problem.
Who the heck is he to condemn Brooke when he is a total waste of a father himself?
The state needs to intervene ASAP.

I was clarifying the relationships, not saying that any of them could or should raise the children.

I wonder if they are more damaged by Charlie's addictions than Denise would admit.
His DNA got to be funky to say the least....
Denise seems to do the best she can but why would she rely and champion that azzhole?

Thinking about how those little monsters are going to progress from abusing poor animals to people someday makes me sick. It's been long known that Brooke is an unfit mother... Why is she even allowed to make decisions regarding therapy for her children?

BROOKE BLOCKS URGENT THERAPY FOR TWINS

Denise Richards was armed with an email when she went to the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services -- an email which she apparently believed would expose Brooke Mueller as a terrible parent.

The email -- obtained by TMZ -- was sent by Dr. Jay Gordon, an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at UCLA Medical School. The email and documents obtained by TMZ make it clear ... Brooke is blocking psychological treatment for Bob and Max.

The email, dated August 23, 2013, reads:

-- "As we have discussed, because of recent events involving the boys' behavior I think that they need urgent evaluation. I am very concerned about their escalating violent actions; The apparent lack of understanding of the consequences and the safety of others is most worrisome. I would like them seen by Dr. Alessia Gottlieb for a complete developmental and behavioral assessment."

TMZ broke the story ... Denise told DCFS that Brooke was blocking the treatment described in the email. As we first reported, Denise said she could no longer care for the twins with such interference by Brooke, given their violent behavior toward animals and people.

Wow this is all SO sad. Poor Denise she really did try and help those boys but she's gotta protect her girls as well. I hate hearing the abuse torge animals as well. ugh

BROOKE, DENISE DECLARE TEMPORARY TRUCE IN CUSTODY WAR
EXCLUSIVE
Brooke Mueller and Denise Richards were actually cordial with each other during a mandatory sit-down with a chief honcho from the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services ... but the drama is far from over ... TMZ has learned.

As we first reported ... Denise and Brooke showed up at an L.A. courthouse today and met with DCFS Medical Director Dr. Charles Sophy. We're told Sophy also asked Charlie Sheen to attend the meeting, but Sheen declined.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... although the 2 warring women were not openly hostile toward each other, their problems were NOT solved during the 4-hour session. We're told Denise is still waffling on whether she'll continue to serve as temporary guardian for twins Bob and Max.

Here's what our sources say happened in the meeting:

--- Sophy did a lot of clarifying as to what the goals were -- specifically, to gradually "reunify" Brooke with her kids

-- Sophy made it clear the goal is not for Denise to keep custodial control over the twins. Her role would diminish as Brooke became stronger and able to provide parenting. We're told this will be a slow process and Sophy established more specific guidelines as to how it will happen

-- There was an acknowledgment by all that Bob and Max have been significantly damaged psychologically by the turmoil in the family

-- There was also an acknowledgment ... there is no "magic bullet" to solve their emotional problems

-- Charlie is NOT being looked at as an option for custody

-- As for Denise, she still feels Brooke is interfering with the proper treatment of Bob and Max, and fears the twins will physically hurt her daughters

-- We're told there was no evidence Brooke has lapsed back into drug use

We're told no follow-up meetings are scheduled with Sophy and the women. We're told DCFS social workers will now take over. As for when Brooke gets full custody -- currently she's getting 2 overnights a week and 3 days. We're told the process of full custody will be fairly slow.

NOW GET THIS!!! Charlie, Brooke and Denise all live in the same exclusive gated community -- Mulholland Estates. Guess who else lives there? CHARLES SOPHY!
