A lot of women wouldn't do it. He's said she's rejected any extra money from him offered to her. She's a single mom w/ 3 in her home and she has to travel/work some. Now she's dealing w/ Brooke trying to get her kids back = drama.
I think it's admirable :shrugs:

Agreed

To say she's only admirable if she's living in poverty while taking in kids is a bit much imo. We are comfortably-off and have the means to take on another child... and I don't think we actually would, if push came to shove. My dh would balk at the idea, and tbh I would too. Even with nannies etc. You still have to parent that child, be responsible for their safety and happiness, make decisions about their care, it's not a cakewalk.

I think she is pretty selfless to take those two little souls into her home despite all the drama and pain she's been put through

Forget the money or nannies. . . . it's VERY sticky dealing w/ an addict, much less 2 {Charlie and Brooke} and he really put her through the ringer during and after their divorce. Charlie isn't even capable of caring for them. That's a LOT of extra drama.

I watched a "Where Are They Now" show on OWN and she said that her youngest daughter, Eloise, has developmental delays and is in speech therapy. She also said that she didn't crawl until 15 months and walked at 2 years old.

I wish I had the drama of an 25 million divorce settlement (plus a percentage of CS's future earnings)
and 35gs a month as well for two kids. I don't know how thats being put through the ringer.
The side BS/drama she went through she signed up for and she earned it every penny of that settlement.

There is a lot of drama that Charlie's well paid attorneys are
taking care of. How does she really have to deal with either addicts,
except for her assistant handling Charlie's visitation dates
and her attorney's appointments?

Again, I can't imagine anyone saying no to this scenario.

:shrugs:

I think she is STILL consistently trying to get on the Real Housewives of BH.

She's made it pretty clear to Andy Cohen on WWHL that she'd love to be cast on the show.

IMO, she is creating a story line for herself by taking on these boys and staging these photo shoots to capture her life.

I personally don't think she'd be a good addition. Didn't she have a reality show that bombed? She seems a bit boring and I don't feel this new drama in her life makes her any more interesting to viewers of the RH franchise.

Their marriage may have ended in divorce more than seven years ago, but that doesn't mean Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards can't be friends.

The former couple enjoyed their Saturday afternoon by taking part of their lovely brood to Underwood Farms pumpkin patch in Moorpark, California.

Looking like your average family, everyone was dressed in casual attire as they enjoyed the hay stacks and each other's company.

Denise Richards has informed the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services she will NO LONGER care for the twins of Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with DCFS tell TMZ ... Denise wrote a letter to the agency, saying the kids are violent and out of control, and she says it's ALL Brooke's fault.

DCFS sources say the letter details horrifying conduct. Denise says Bob and Max often go into a "zombie-like state" -- they repeatedly kick her dogs in the head and squeeze their heads with both hands while watching the dogs whimper in pain. She also says the kids will flip from sweetly petting the dog to strangling the animals and lifting them off the ground by the neck.

According to the letter, Denise would tell the kids they were hurting the dogs, and Bob and Max would reply that they wanted to hurt and kill the dogs.

According to the letter, the violence is not limited to animals. Denise says her daughters -- Sam, Lola and Eloise -- have been targets of the boys. She says her daughters have been strangled, kicked in the head and stomach, scratched, bit, slapped, punched in the face and head, and spit on by Bob and Max. Denise describes one incident which she seems to blame on Brooke -- after visiting Mueller, Bob threw a toy at Sam's face and she had to go to the doctor.

Denise says Bob and Max went to school in September and they have been problematic from the get-go. She says Bob in particular has harmed other kids and punched and slapped teachers in the face.

Denise says the kids have also thrown their own feces into the bathroom of one of her daughters.

In the letter, Denise connects the bad conduct to the time the kids spend at Brooke's home, claiming they act out violently when they are returned to Denise. She also says the kids have had horrible nightmares after returning from Brooke's home, where the kids would stay up with her til 4 AM.

In the long letter to DCFS, Denise -- who has temporary guardianship of the boys while Brooke deals with her drug problems -- says pediatricians have advised her to seek psychological counseling for the boys, but Brooke has blocked that effort

I can't believe that Brooke would block the boys from getting psychiatric treatment. I can't believe Denise kept the kids for this long. What a horrible and sad situation and yes it is tragic that it now public.

That's just awful. Those boys are on going to need multi-tiered psychiatric treatment for a long time.It makes me mad a Brooke and Charlie for leaving with their mother for so long. Life with an addict for a mother is very damageing to developing brains.
