Wow. If this latest update is true, that's just horrible. Brooke gets a full time nanny (her brother) and a huge chunk of Charlie's money every month. That just sounds like a recipe for disaster.

If these kids stand a chance at getting well they need to be as far away from Brooke as possible.

If a drug free parent could not handle these two boys, there is no way Brooke will not fall off the wagon with children with behavior issues. Also, Brooke seems like the type that will snap at anything and strike a child.

Does Charlie have no say in how the kids are raised? If Brooke blocked the request for mental evaluation, couldn't Charlie request it or override it? Sad that the kids best interest isn't looked into. There is such an epidemic of mental health issues these days, and if it can be relatively managed at a young Age it's sad that the option isn't available

Good point. One "regular" 4 year old is exhausting, 2 with emotional issues? She'll never stick it.

I think she will also fall off the wagon b/c her only motivation seems to have been to get the child support back. I don't believe she wants to be sober.

I hate to say this but this will not end well. Denise is an absolute saint because if some boys assaulted my child and pets they would be out my house. I can't imagine falling asleep peacefully in that house. I would fear that they would harm me, my child and/or my pets while we slept. I pray for the well being of everyone involved.

Charlie Sheen Twins Headed Back To Denise Richards After Night With Mom Brooke Mueller

After a night with their mother, Brooke Mueller, twins Bob and Max Sheen are headed back to Denise Richards‘ home, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The boys will move back in with their mom and their newly appointed temporary guardian, her brother Scott Mueller, within a week.

When Denise told the court she could no longer care for her ex’s boys, she agreed to a “smooth transition” while the four-year olds get used to being back with their mother, a source close to the case tells Radar exclusively.


Under the latest court-ordered living arrangement, Scott Mueller has been appointed temporary guardian over the boys. And in a highly unusual move, he’s being allowed to live with them in his sister’s home, with Brooke present.

All this has enraged dad Charlie Sheen, who didn’t want ex-wife Mueller to ever have custody of the kids again. Even more exasperating for the Anger Management star, they’ll all be living just a few blocks apart in the exclusive Mulholland Estates gated community.

He would have been happy to have them remain with his previous wife, Richards, with whom he has a great relationship.


But when Richards told the court that behavioral problems with the boys were making it impossible for her to consider raising them along with her three daughters, Scott Mueller petitioned to be named their temporary guardian.

Sheen has been sounding off on Twitter alleging that his sons are now in “harms way and grave danger.”

He’s risking being sent to jail for violating a court order against talking about the hotly disputed custody case.

And, as Radar exclusively reported, Scott Mueller has already petitioned the court to have Sheen pay him $55,000 a month in child support.

well sounds like those 2 kids have all the makings of future serial killers unfortunately if things don't change
they're already hurting animals and people
and i am not saying that to be callous
i am saying that bc if what Denise is saying is true...and i don't imagine it to be false...these kids are already severely damaged, are used to being pawns, and have are not allowed to receive treatment

For all that Denise did for those boys without accepting any money from Charlie, she is a saint. She is truly a wonderful, caring parent and it's a shame that she couldn't deal with the boys behavior anymore. She was truly the only shot those boys had for a stable, caring environment that would ensure that they don't end up down the same addiction filled path as their parents. So sad....those poor boys are in big trouble going back to Brooke.

Brooke Mueller Calls Cops Accuses Denise Richards of Child Abuse

Brooke Mueller has just declared nuclear war in her child custody dispute with Charlie Sheen -- she's accused Denise Richards of abusing her twins and the 2 other daughters Denise had with Charlie ... sources tell TMZ.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops came to Denise's door Tuesday night and told her they were there to question her about a child abuse claim lodged by Brooke. Denise did not let them inside because her daughters were there.

We're told Denise walked outside and told cops the claim was "ridiculous" and "vindictive" -- that the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services was already handling the dispute ... a dispute that started after Brooke was stripped of custody after a raging drug problem flared up yet again.

Sources say Brooke's latest claim will have dire consequences, especially if it's false, because Denise's daughters and the twins will be grilled about the allegations -- something that is ALWAYS emotionally traumatizing.

We're told Richards made it clear -- she hasn't even seen the twins for 2 weeks, so if Brooke really had a gripe why didn't she lodge it earlier. Also, Brooke has not had contact with Denise's daughters, so the claim is suspicious.
