So Charlie is not even considered for custody at all? ( thank goodness)
Denise must be under so much pressure to keep those kids with her.
I would not do it. If what she relates is factual, someone will get hurt....
I once knew a 3 years old boy who suggested to another child to stick their fingers in the electric outlet.....
No wonder, Denise was so skinny...she must have to supervise those kids all the time..
Even with help, it is too much, imo.

What a terrible mess this is

My heart goes out to Denisse, she wanted to do what was right for the boys but first and foremost she is a mother and her first concern is the safety and comfort of her daughters.

My heart also goes out to the boys, born out of two drug addicts parents, their genetic pool is already tainted, add their family circunstances and you have a recipe for disaster. They need phsycological and behavioral evaluations to start therapy ASAP and the fact that Denisse is the only one who realizes this is sad.

Charlie and Brooke? They can go to hell, they are a nightmare as parents and yet they manage to get on the way.

The State of California should intervene, take the kids under state care and order all the evaluations and therapy they need, maybe under those circunstances Denisse would reconsider having them back but I wouldn't blame her at all if she didn't. As far as the costs of all this evaluations and therapy, that should come from the child support payments, Charlie foots the bill and Brooke receives nothing, not one red cent.

BTW, unsupervised visit? Absolutely not.

Denise Richards told the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services ... she cannot care for Bob and Max, the twins of Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller, because she claims her own kids are in danger ... sources tell TMZ.

TMZ broke the story ... Denise and Brooke had a sit-down Thursday with Dr. Charles Sophy, the DCFS Medical Director. We're told Denise told Sophy what we reported ... that Bob and Max were violent and attacked her daughters numerous times. She said she couldn't control the twins and could no longer serve as temporary guardian.

Sources say Denise told Sophy what we reported ... that the only way she would continue on as guardian is if the kids got the psychological help Brooke had blocked.

Our sources say Sophy has not given up ... he believes there is still room to keep Denise in the game.

As it stands now ... our sources say DCFS is looking for another guardian if they can't change Denise's mind. The problem is ... Brooke's mom won't do it and the options are not attractive.

There has been a changing of the guard ... Brooke Mueller's brother, Scott, has just gone to court and won temporary guardianship of Brooke and Charlie Sheen's twins Bob and Max.

As TMZ first reported ... Denise Richards -- who had temporary guardianship -- made it clear to the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services during a meeting Thursday -- she could no longer handle Bob and Max because they were violent toward her daughters.

We've learned DCFS has signed off on Scott becoming guardian. We're told he will get the children tonight.

Yes while everyone can agree that Brooke is a hot-mess drug addled mother, why is Charlie not trying to get his addiction under control?
He is the douchiest of all men out-there and needs to shut his filthy and stupid mouth.
All the money he is throwing at everyone does not excuse the fact that those kids are so damaged at 4 years old....
I hope that this man will be able to get the therapy those kids need.

This is so sad!

Again I ask, where is Charlie's family? I can't believe that his dad was so worried about being able to see his grandkids from Denise at the time of her & Charlie's divorce. Getting on ET or something like that for the whole world to hear. :nogood: Now, nothing but crickets!

The change of guardianship that just went down in the Charlie Sheen/Brooke Mueller custody war has just taken a radical turn -- TMZ has learned Scott Mueller, the new guardian, and the kids will be moving in with Brooke.

Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... the judge who granted the guardianship today felt it was important for the kids to stay in the same school. Scott lives far away in a beachside community, so the judge ruled he could move in with Brooke.

This is hugely significant, because the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services has NOT given Brooke full custody rights. DCFS felt it was important to gradually reintroduce the kids to Brooke, because of her drug problems. But now it's as if she has full custody again.

In effect, Brooke is getting the kids back along with a babysitter.

And finally, here's the insult added to injury for Charlie Sheen. The house Scott will be moving into is the one HE bought for Brooke in the same gated community where he lives.

"The best interest of the child(ren)...my a$$. These will always pick the "bio-mom" over any other solution(s) even when it's clear that biology will continue to hurt the little ones. Uggh.

aren't minors' privacy law respected anywhere?????
Or is one of the parent blabbing away????
These children are abused in so many ways, unreal.
