Balenciaga mini pompon in lagon

wow! you are an inspiration. I'm 54 too and was feeling fed up with myself for all my handbag too ing and fro ing - impulse buying on ebay - selling at a loss, not knowing my style, am I too old for Balenciaga...then I look at you and gosh, you're sorted, a small but stylish collection, I too don't want loads of bags now at my age. I have had every make there is!! I just need to settle now on what is right. thank you for helping me feel clearer in my head. do you think that settling on just a couple of designers has helped?

You are definitely not too old for Balenciaga. they are lightweight, which is a huge plus.
I wish the City was a tad bit taller, but otherwise it's a great bag for me.

I have a couple of Marc Jacobs collection bags y'all would probably appreciate. They are so sophisticated and ladylike. They are so well-made. They are made of perforated buffalo.

Here they are. They are the Lana, from the Over the Rainbow collection. I think it was fall '10. I'm too lazy to go look.

Option A ..like sq :smile1:

Thank you. So you voted unanimously, as one bag-loving woman, I should say. I do my homework, and keep you all informed.[/QUOTE]

Alma and Kelly  looking forward to see what you decide :smile1:

I have the Leo stole in red that I wear with my red Celine and a Damier Azure stole that matches my Azure Totally.
I'd love the fuchsia next.

Would love to see modeling pics ;)

Oh wow..thanks very much!!! :smile1: I didn't know my style either ;) tried YSL Dior and Givenchy too - Oh my, I really did tried them all I guess :sweatdrop:
I want both structure and slouch in my bags want different styles and some color too. That can be difficult when I don't want more that 5-6. But I really do believe I'm content now.
Btw...you'r never too old for Bal bags - my mom at age 83 has a Hip and a First

Wow! you and that red dress! very ladylike yes :smile1:

Really!!? yeah you look much taller :D I envy your high heels. I cant do high heels - Looks beautiful!

I love my high heels! Mom keeps warning me I will be sorry some day. So far so good.

I am quite nervous today. I am in the N TX area. The weather is worrying me. They are predicting the same thing OK got yesterday, saying strong and long-lasting tornadoes possible.

Oh, the heels...God love you! Fabulous!!!
I had to give up on high heels years ago. My job gives me sore feet ;)

I'll say a prayer for you today...those poor souls in OKC, just devastating!

I feel the same way. I have bags I haven't worn in years. But for some reason I like the idea that I have them...just incase. Plus, some are so expensive now I couldn't afford to replace them.
Same with jewelry :graucho:

I found some pics but couldn't find any modeling pics...I'll keep looking.
Birkin 30 with H shawl/charm (Shooting Star)
Celine lipstick red mini
Evelyne with Breloque bag charm

I take the worst pics...but you get the idea.
