Furthermore, I know many people that can't afford to buy a Coach bag. Does your mommy buy you bags or do you charge them? With the economy I am amazed at the number of people overspending on overpriced bags, LV included.

I think everyone is dead on. Louis Vuitton has some very nicely made bags that hold their value very well, but Coach is also fairly well made and I wouldn't be as concerned about keeping the bag in perfect condition.
Yet, with the way the lines are looking lately it's not hard for me to stray away from Coach. I'm starting to doubt that OpArt is temporary. :shrugs:

Many congratulations, I was so happy to get my first LVs too! I LOVE the Eva and the Trevi!!! I hope to get those someday as well :D Enjoy them :hugs:

coach is alright, but its kinda pointless buying a bag for $400 and then a few months later its at an outlet for $100 ... and these days seems like every1 has a coach i see like 500 a day, i prefer LV because its classic and never goes on sale so the bag holds the value to it ...

I absolutely agree with that, do you know how many poeple can pass coach as authentic? as for the other side Louis Vuitton so much easier to spot.
I'm not saying booo! on coach but LV is much better investment and much more eye catching

I carry both Coach and Louis Vuitton and love them both. I like Coach because for me, I can go buy a bag and not have pay over $1000 ( the LV ones I like alway tend to be EXPENSIVE :rolleyes:).. I love getting a nice leather coach bag at the outlet! :yahoo: I don't get to buy LV as much but I am trying to say up for either the trevi pm or the Galliera pm.

^^ Candace, I have a feeling once I get the money for a galliera I will cave and get it because it's cheaper. Then I can start all over again for the Trevi. I love them both too, and I saw a lady at the supermarket with one and it was so gorgeous I almost dropped my eggs. LOL!
